"​Doha is one of those rare talents that you come across rather infrequently. She can truly flex into almost any type of position and can tackle any problem or project that's given to her with ease (and with a smile!). I worked with Doha for about 5 years at Ten Group where she was instrumental to our success. She frequently volunteered for and took on additional workload, additional projects, and new roles in order to improve the business. She was incredibly well versed in our systems and programs, acted as a mentor to new employees, redesigned our training platform and contributed a great deal to each of our RFP wins and new launches. She was constantly looking for ways to improve our business and was what I would call a "change agent."
