Roy Little

Roy is a bilingual finance, management and process consultant with over thirty years of professional experience. After his early years in public practice he worked for two major financial services companies, followed by diverse financial management roles with a large international consumer goods company. Since 2005 he has served in several consultative roles to businesses in a variety of industries and of different sizes. Functional experience covers a wide range of activities supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, IT, Treasury and Tax, with involvement in Global and North American trade strategies. He has a strong understanding of product costing and product profit contribution, and how to improve enterprise reporting for superior business management. He has played significant roles in several large and smaller scale system installations, including SAP and mid-frame packages. Coupled with his strong analytical bent and his lateral thinking perspective, this positions him well for process review, business modeling and system installation projects, as well as ongoing operational and financial business management. Roy is active in his community, having served in the past with the Easter Seals Society and more recently as a Director with The Boulevard Club and then Mansfield Ski Club. He is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec Chartered Accountant associations, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from McGill. He earned his C.A. designation in Montreal at Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) and is fluent in French and English. He is a responsive leader and business partner who takes a strategic analytical approach to finding creative solutions.
