Formal Metal started as a custom CNC machining company for precision parts, but as we grew with our customers we needed to offer more... In addition to our die casting capabilities, we provide a range of secondary processing services. Our advanced CNC machining equipment includes 60 machines, enabling us to meet precise machining requirements. We also offer surface treatment processes such as shot blasting, polishing, oiling, powder coating, silk-screen printing, and pad printing. These processes enhance the appearance, functionality, and durability of our die castings.
