In 1978, I established my own companies: Four Cities Property Management and TRS Realty. Twenty-two years later I merged both into Four Cities Realty. By concentrating my efforts on fewer, carefully selected types of properties exclusively within East County, I have been able to remain personally involved with on site inspections and repairs. This has allowed me to know the physical and operational peculiarities of each property in great detail. This knowledge is fundamental in making sound decisions on everything from repairs and operational problems to raising rents with tenant retention.
