Darren Rodwell

Darren has an abundance of real-world experience dealing with ‘blue-chip' clients across the mining and resources sector. Having been with the company since 2011, Darren has recently returned to the North West after stint running the group's South West division.

Deshanie Lawson

Deshanie Lawson QA & Business Improvement Manager Deshanie joined the Freo Group team in 2012. She is an experienced professional in the development and improvement of Integrated Management Systems with in-depth knowledge of contemporary quality and risk principles and lead auditing skills. As an energetic team player, Deshanie works with teams to drive strategic change and improvements across all facets of the organisation. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University.

Grant Newham

Grant has been with FG since 2013 and has transitioned throughout the business in safety, branch operations, project management and technical sales. He holds formal qualifications in safety, training and assessing and business management as well as rigging and crane operations.

Lester Fernandez

A finance graduate from Edith Cowan University, Lester has nearly 10 years of experience as a manager overseeing high-level contracts and operations. Lester's strengths are in new contract development, greenfield depot startup and, managing the material handling and logistic arm of the company. Lester also has tertiary qualifications in Project Management and, Human Resources Management.

Mark Warner

Mark has worked with Freo Group since 2004, bringing his extensive experience in senior executive roles with international and Australian oil and gas organisations to his role. Mark is responsible for assisting with formulating Freo's strategic direction, commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, and business development activities, including sales, marketing and tendering.

Nic Celenza - COO

Nic Celenza Chief Operating Officer West Coast Nic's extensive product knowledge and superior leadership skills have been pivotal to the continuing success of Freo Group. He has been with the company for over 30 years, 15 of which have been in a management role. Nic holds TAFE qualifications in Sales and Marketing and has completed the Curtin University Business Improvement Course.

Scott Walkinshaw - CFO

Scott is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in professional practice and commerce, having started his finance career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Scott has held senior finance and company secretarial roles in mining services, emergency response and consulting services, for local and international group companies. He joined FG in March 2017.

Stephen Rogers - President

Tim Brouff
