Dr. Adam Wade

Dr Wade graduated from UWA Perth in 2001 and has extensive hospital and critical care experience prior to joining the practice in 2014. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice with a special interest in paediatrics, men's health, chronic disease and anti-wrinkle treatments. When not at work he occasionally finds time to escape to the hills on a bicycle.

Dr. Da Costa

Dr. Da Costa worked as an Engineer for a number of years before pursuing her passion in Medicine, graduating from the University of Western Australia in 2017. She began her training at Monash Health before transferring to Austin Health in 2019. She is now pursuing a career in General Practice with a special interest in Aged Care, Palliative Care and Chronic Disease Management. Outside of work, Cheryl loves trying new food, cooking fun dishes, and exploring as much of the world as possible.

Dr. Gail Dixon

Dr Gail Dixon studied medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. She then obtained a fellowship in Paediatrics, before taking a break from work to start a family. Gail migrated to Australia with her family (husband and 3 daughters) in 1982. Gail worked in Community Child Health for the school medical service and also started work in General Practice in Warrandyte in 1986. She has been in full time general practice since 1994. Gail is interested in all apects of family oriented general practice including child health, womens' health and care of the elderly.
