HENRY SCHILDBACH

My name is Henry Schildbach. I am a Technical Trainer based out of "urban" Alaska. I sit on the SCTE Alaska chapter board, and hold SCTE BPI, BPT, and BDS certifications. My background includes triple and quad-play ISP experence, including being the single point of escalation for all services for multiple communities. This experence allowed me to pivot from the field to the classroom, where I currently reside... I work with internal and external clients to bring training from an idea, through design and development, into facilitation to a wide variety of end users. This training is highly technical, covering company specific systems as well as industry standards with a high degree of precision required.
