Beau McGlamery is a talented and seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in full-service consulting and recruitment for all corporate levels.
Beau began his career in software sales for the recruiting industry, taking to market one of the first Web Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Through this venture, Beau became enthralled with the recruiting and consulting world.
In 2007, he joined a national consulting and recruiting firm as a Partner/Managing Director, leading the firm's technology consulting and permanent recruiting practice. He spent several years running and managing cyber security professional services engagements, where he brings this expertise to the forefront of Immersion.
As a Partner, Beau strives to help business owners and officers meet their corporate objectives through unparalleled passion, commitment, and expertise in supporting Cyber Security. From startups to established global enterprise, Beau alleviates the time-sensitive burdens and pressures of securing the best-suited talent, mitigating costly risks due to operational failures caused by poor selections. Beau is also the co-founder of Trova, Immersion's sister company which focuses on staffing and consulting.
A business school graduate of Life University in Marietta, Georgia, Beau returned to his native Florida where he resides in both Central and South Florida with his family, and when he is not working he can most likely be found in or on the water.
Gourav Mukherjee is an information security thought leader, and information risk and information security executive with over 20 years of experience in Privacy Law, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audits, Security Policy, and Enterprise Architecture. As a Senior-Level Information Technology executive - with experience in contracting, compliance, governance, risk, and audit across a wide range of service and retail industry segments - Gourav is an expert in managing the implementation of IT strategies that assist C-Level Management in accomplishing their business objectives.
Gourav has exceptional talent and proven ability to improve operations and compliance using a GRC framework to establish corporate controls and supporting processes. Additionally, he is an innovator for IT contract negotiation, supply chain contract coordination and corporate council of IT organizations.
Kalani Enos offers Immersion Security clientele 20 years of Information Security and Information Assurance experience within the private and US government sectors. Kalani joined the US Foreign Service in September 2001 as an Information Management Officer and Information Security Systems Officer at US Embassies throughout the world before expanding his work experience into the US Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and private sector engagements including finance, retail, hospitality and health fields. Kalani also provides Expert Witness experience for civil and criminal trials and is a regular speaker at InfoSec conferences and webinars.
Tim Lesnick joined Immersion Security as a Partner to lead sales and operations in August 2019. Tim is responsible for growing the company by managing and developing all client relationships. He brings over 20 years of professional services experience in multiple markets, serving multiple industries. His career started on the infrastructure side of IT, where he was a significant contributor in growing their direct sales channel by creating a national affiliate program that greatly expanded the company's install base. After his success with this firm, Tim was recruited into a career in the staffing and consulting industry.
