Ideal Institute of Engineering was established in the year 2010 by Ideal Science and Research Welfare Hub created by a group of committed academics and enterprising academicians. It is a private engineering college affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi - offering five disciplines namely Civil Engineering(CE), Computer Science and Engineering(CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE), Electrical Engineering(EE) and Mechanical Engineering(ME). The institute is committed and strongly believes in embracing changes in engineering education and strives to strengthen technical education. It is located in a vibrant, serene and green campus at Kalyani, just opposite to Kalyani Shilpanchal railway station.
