Carl is an integration and operations specialist that enjoys the collaborative process of finding purpose built solutions for our customers. Out of office Carl enjoys supporting his daughter's sports teams, being in the outdoors, and tinkering on projects around the house. Carl's wife, Brenda is an Educator teaching 5 th grade. They have 5 lovely children ranging in age from 25 to 13.
George, first licensed in 1993, has 20+ years of industry experience. His team's commitment to customer service and satisfaction promises to provide you or your organization with the highest caliber technicians to solve the most challenging service issues.

Heather runs a detailed, organized, smooth-sailing ship with her team at Innova. She enjoys time with her family and volunteers with the Teens & Oregon Mustangs nonprofit on the weekends.
Jay founded Innova NW in 2006 on the principles of integrity and providing a great customer experience, while offering innovative and customized security and technology solutions. When he isn't working, you will find him spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Joff greatly enjoys music. He performs at concerts frequently with his wife, either playing drums or guitar. Joff also loves to tackle all types of projects, which is reflected through his many field-related certifications.
Luke loves to tinker and work on DIY projects in his free time. He strives to find clean, efficient solutions for customers.
Mike is a sales professional who enjoys helping customers make smart technology seem simple. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time his wife Morgan, daughters Allie and Amelia, and his dog, Toby.
Randy moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2018 to join the Innova team. He possesses over 20 years of experience in the security and fire alarm industry including: project management, install, design, and programming of a wide variety of systems and NICET III certification.
