Andrea is a certified family nurse practitioner who joins Ascentist ENT with over a decade of pediatric oncology nursing care as a registered nurse. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City with a Masters in Nursing and nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In her free time, Andrea enjoys anything that involves being outside, live music, traveling around the world when life allows, and most importantly, exploring Kansas City with her husband and 3 year old daughter.
Dr. Palmisano is a specialist in hip and knee replacement surgery as well as general orthopedic surgery, employing the most current treatment techniques to alleviate pain and restore function and an active lifestyle for his patients. He has been using his skill for the last 5 years in the Kansas City area, bringing the level of care in the region to new heights. He has developed programs that have helped many thousands of patients get their active lifestyles back. Dr. Palmisano mastered the most current operative and non-operative treatment options for joint pain. Dr. Palmisano has published and participated in multiple research articles and studies throughout his career and has presented his research on both regional and national platforms. He continues to be a part of research studies to further his field.
Bradley Seaman, M.D., is board certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He practices the full spectrum of ENT for both children and adults, including sinus and nasal disease, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, salivary gland disorders, surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid and parathyroid surgery and head and neck cancer. He is dedicated to providing high quality care with a commitment to patient education.
Dr. Seaman is from a huge family and enjoys spending time with his 29 nieces and nephews. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, skiing, and being on the lake.

Christa Hoover is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in otolaryngology. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri and then earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
When Christa is not at Ascentist caring for patients, she enjoys thrifting, refurbishing furniture, and exploring new places to eat in Kansas City with her husband.

Douglas H. Cowan, MD, is a board certified Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon who has been practicing at Ascentist Healthcare since 2008. He specializes in sinus procedures, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, hearing loss, and cancers of the head and neck. A little known fact about Dr. Cowan, he performs more in-office sinus procedures than any other physician in the country. What he is well-known for is his amazing bedside manner and deep care and compassion for all of his patients. Going the extra mile is not something extra, it is part of the patient's care.
In Dr. Cowan's free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cara, and their four young children. He also enjoys discovering new ways to empower those around him. He attributes this to all of the mission trips he was fortunate enough to be a part of. He also attributes the love of his career to his supportive wife, mother, and friends and family.

Dr. Colleen Johnson has been with Ascentist ENT since 2017. Prior to joining our practice, she practiced for three years at Saint Luke's Hospital system and also served nine years in the US Air Force as an otolaryngologist stationed in Texas and Maryland. She grew up northwest of Kansas City in Lansing, Kansas. Dr. Johnson continues to serve the north and northwest metro area in our Kansas City, Kansas, location near Legends Outlets, which is also conveniently located near Fort Leavenworth so she can continue to regularly treat military service members and their families. Dr. Johnson treats both adults and children for the full spectrum of ear, nose and throat disorders, including endocrine surgery, voice issues, nasal obstruction, allergy concerns, ear disorders and tonsil problems. Her primary areas of interest are thyroid surgery, voice disorders, pediatrics and advanced sinus surgery.
As a 2020 Top Doctor, Dr. Johnson is committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care to every patient. She is actively involved in the community of KCK, volunteering at Piper School district and with multiple community organizations. She is also a mother of four active boys. She treats all her pediatric patients as if they were her own family.

Dr. Danny Neuman was born in Overland Park, KS, and graduated from The University of Arizona with degrees in Chemistry and Physiology. He obtained his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCU). Concurrent with medical school, he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University. He subsequently completed an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine with additional sub-specialty fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Neuman has a breadth of experience within the field of Pain Medicine with special interest in neuromodulation, precision pain therapeutics, and transformative medical technology. He is an active member of the Kansas Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (KSIPP), American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), and the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience (ASPN), and was a founding member of the Fellows' Committee within the latter organization. He has authored or co-authored chapters on topics ranging from peripheral nerve stimulation to sensitization states.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Neuman enjoys travel, music, learning new cultures through food and architecture, and fitness. He resides in Prairie Village, KS, with his wife, a PM&R physician, and their 80-lb goldendoodle, Nelson, who runs the show.
Everett J. Wilkinson, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, and his medical degree from Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine-Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Wilkinson Completed his residency training at Botsford General Hospital through Michigan State University in Detroit. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery-General Orthopedics.
Dr. Wilkinson and his wife have been married for 30 years, and are both native to the Kansas City area. They have three boys and one girl! Dr. Wilkinson enjoys music, exercise and traveling with his wife and kids, as well as spending as much time together as they possibly can. His faith and family are what drive him to be a compassionate, caring and thorough physician.
