Our early years in the construction industry focused primarily on Commercial Building Construction, where projects are very time driven and entail considerably high budgets. We began building our portfolio by constructing a new 6-story hotel, including finishing and furniture. As the years went by, our projects included the new construction of: a Customs Building at Hamilton International Airport, a funeral home, an ethnic Church with dome and massive precast panels, a restaurant. In situations where new construction was not feasible, we've completed: major restorations at Tim Hortons, major restoration and build of a 2-story hotel. It was these early challenges that shaped the future of our company, driving us to persistently deliver projects on time, and on budget.
