Mr. Prasad Subbanna is a Practicing Advocate both in the trial court and High Court of Karnataka with more than 38 years' experience in the area of civil litigation which includes Service matters, property, family disputes, money recovery, matrimonial and consumer redressal. Mr. Prasad Subbanna has done B.A. (Hons.) (English Literature & Psychology) from the University of Bombay and LLB from the University of Bombay. He is a "Certified Mediator" by ISDLS, San Francisco in association with High Court of Karnataka and "Certified Commercial Mediator" by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services), USA. Co-ordinator for Bangalore Mediation Centre and empanelled as a Master Trainer by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) initiated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Panel Advocate- Karnataka State Legal Services Authority. He is also a panel advocate for various Co-operative Banks and also stands as an advisor for PropSeva. Smt. Sheela Krishna is a practising advocate having experience of more than 34 years in the field of Labour & Service & has represented the workmen of renowned Public-sector companies. She started her practice under the able guidance of her father, a renowned advocate in the field of Labour and Service. Her academic folio includes M.A in English Literature, M.B.A and a Degree in Law from the Bangalore University. She was designated as Additional Central Government Standing Counsel appointed by the Central Government to represent Union of India before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, also appointed as Government Advocate representing the State of Karnataka before the Division Bench in High Court of Karnataka. She is a Sr. Mediator well known in Dispute Resolutions and is empanelled as a trainer by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) initiated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Smt. Sheela Krishna has been ably conducting Appellate matters before High Court of Karnataka. She has conducted several Domestic Enquires in many institutions and corporations. She is also the Chairman of the Sexual Harassment Redressal Committee of the Sathya Sai group of Hospitals and is one of the Trustees of Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital a Super Specialty Hospital for Pediatric Heart Surgeries established at Raipur, Delhi and other places across India and abroad. She has represented various hospitals and doctors, in matters pertaining to consumer dispute as well as enquiries and matters before the Karnataka Medical Council
