Alex is the CEO, co-founder and Head of Revenue at Arbeit, a better outbound communication software that makes debt collection agencies more profitable. Alex worked in the collection industry prior to founding Arbeit, first as an agent and then as an agency owner, and saw a need for a dialer that was easier to use and more powerful than what he could find. Now, Arbeit is in its ninth year of business, offering 3 products built for collection agencies, and more on the way. When he is not nerding out with the rest of the team at Arbeit, Alex is working on his golf apparel company, Verde, or training for another marathon.
Alex Palmer, nicknamed "AP" as to not be confused with the eldest Alex, has been with Arbeit since 2017. AP joined Arbeit as the Office Manager, was later promoted to Director of Administration and Human Resources, and is currently Arbeit's Chief Operating Officer. AP oversees the operations at Arbeit, always looking for ways to improve Arbeit's processes and culture, ensuring that the right metrics are focused on to reach company goals. Buffalo born and raised, AP is known for always having an iced latte within reach, and spends her time away from Arbeit eating at her favorite brunch spot or building Lego masterpieces with her son.

A fully remote team today with roots in Buffalo, NY, and Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Arbeit continues to make better communication possible with a full suite of outbound communication software that blends the right amount of automation and humans for collection agencies and businesses across the U.S.

Brandon is known at Arbeit for his 6 monitor set-up. He oversees our Support team to ensure our clients get their questions addressed as quickly as possible.

Candace joined Arbeit in 2019 as the Office Administrator and was later promoted to Admin & HR Manager. Now, she oversees the Admin team, ensuring that all HR and billing matters are taken care of effectively and efficiently and that Arbeit's culture is supported and celebrated. She oversees the entire team's engagement and is always facilitating ways for our fully remote team to stay connected. Candace is an early bird that you can find at the gym before work, and she loves to end her day outdoors with her husband, son, and poodle!
Greg has been making and breaking software since his teens. He does both manual and automation testing.
Kaitlyn joined Arbeit's sales team in 2019 as an account executive and has since went on to work in various roles throughout the company. In 2020, she was promoted to Product Manager and built Arbeit's product team from the ground up to what it is today, where she oversees it as Director of Product. In her free time she can be found in the garden caring for her houseplants, road-tripping across the US or nerding out on the VR and space travel!
