He coordinates with our teams to minimize any downtime between trades on larger projects. He ensures that projects are moving along as planned and communicates with customers on their project timeline.

John Albertson - President

John started this business in 1993 as a home inspection company. As the company evolved, he not only became a certified home inspector, but also received his certification in mold remediation and mold testing. His 25 years of experience makes him well-equipped to do most any job.

Lisa Albertson - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
Lisa handles all of the invoicing and customer service needs. She is a licensed real estate agent, so she is very familiar with due diligence processes and having a quick turnaround for clients. With her experience, we can relate to both buying and selling agents and provide great customer service!

Matthew Hedrick

Job Titles:
  • Estimator
  • Project Manager
Matt is our project manager and estimator. He will meet you at your home to go over the repairs you wish to have completed and will help oversee projects, as well. Matt has an extensive construction background and is equipped to price any projects you have in mind.

Morgan Albertson Rice

Morgan has a bachelor's degree in communication and is an experienced customer service professional. She handles most of the behind the scenes work for both corporate and local jobs, as well as invoicing and following up with estimates. She will ensure you have a positive experience with our company.

Nichole Brooks

  • Administrative Coordinator
Nichole ensures all work orders go out to our teams in a timely manner and helps with most all administrative work around the office. She is also an experienced customer service professional and works to ensure all things run smoothly behind the scenes. She handles most of the phone calls and ensures you smile after speaking with her!
