Dinsdale has over 15 years recruitment, international sales and operations experience in the financial services and health & social care sector. A talented leader with a proven track record of building successful teams to serve and deliver talent, products, and services with the aim to add value to the process wherever possible. He has also played a key role in providing top-performing professionals to various financial services and management consultancy organisations to help them meet their strategic business goals by approaching the hiring process differently from the conventional manner. As the MD of Redempt LTD (trading as Redempt Resourcing), Dinsdale oversees all the operations of the business such as global executive search, executive training services and international recruitment strategies. He also drives the business growth & development and partners with key decision makers to implement new service offerings and talent attraction strategies. Throughout his career, Dinsdale has placed a wide range of compliance professionals from analysts to director level across Insurance firms, Investment Banks, Asset Management firms, Private Banks, and Fintech. He has built and mentored high-performing teams with a focus on empowering and developing his team's soft and hard skills. With a solution-focused approach, he has a good track record of implementing key operations and strategic procedures in recruitment and delivering key projects in banking technology. As Redempt's Director of Financial Services, George is responsible for providing comprehensive, integrated people solutions to the banking, capital markets, regtech and fintech sectors, investment & wealth management, and consultancies. He helps clients better serve their customers, achieve their growth ambitions, and adapt to the demands of a rapidly changing financial ecosystem. George is Big 4 trained. He has a proven ability to design, drive and deliver best-fit and future-ready commercially-aligned people solutions and strategies, whilst creating an outstanding employee experience. Initially starting his career in the banking sector in London, George then worked across a broad range of industries following a move to consulting, splitting his time between research and advisory/transactions projects. His areas of expertise and experience include emerging technologies and people-led transformation within capital markets and banking and managing global client relationships.

Rita has more than 14 years international experience in the Financial & Professional Services, Information Technology, and Management Consulting sectors building high-performing teams and growing companies as a Recruitment Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Leader. An experienced talent mentor and executive career coach with a passion to improve hiring processes and candidate experience, she consistently delivers high-impact recruitment projects exceeding stakeholders' and hiring managers' expectations. Rita helps job seekers and senior professionals to advance their careers and land their new leadership role by coaching and mentoring and using proven frameworks as well as building confidence. Before joining Redempt, Rita led and built recruitment teams from starch for various organisations (but not limited to) Citibank, Lexmark, TCS, Cognizant, Viacom, improved talent acquisition functions, implemented and designed hiring processes, interview frameworks, sourcing strategies with a focus on social media employer branding and cost efficiency. During her career, Rita has interviewed more than 5000 candidates from graduate to most senior, executive levels, reviewed tens of thousands of resumes, worked in close partnership with managing directors and C-level hiring managers, and participated in a large number of interview panels. She acted as a change agent in global organisational transformation projects and led HR system and framework implementations. She also mentored junior talents to become high achievers and managerial and senior leadership levels with outstanding career success. She lived and worked in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and built long-term business partnerships and an extensive network globally.
