Reaching & Empowering Communities across Pennsylvania is a community based organization to promote social justice for all neighboring communities by empowering them in all areas. Our objective is to develop and support our community's voice in politics and civic discourse. RECAP is working closely for empowerment and solidarity of all communities. We are dedicated to improving public safety, education, and access to healthcare while encouraging political awareness and involvement.
