Ben serves at VP of Pumpdown at Quantum. He brings over a decade of industry experience to the team and has worked in the Bakken, Three Forks, Uintah, Niobrara, Permian, Delaware, and Eagle Ford basins. Ben started his career at BJ services as an equipment operator. Most recently he was the District Manager for Rock Pile where he was responsible for all divisions in Midland along with all operations and financials for the District. Since joining Quantum, Ben launched the pumpdown division that has expanded to operate in four major basins in the US.

George serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Quantum. He received his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Finance at Oklahoma State University. He was the Outstanding Graduating Senior of the College of Agriculture and one of the top 10 graduating seniors in his class at OSU. He has worked in the commercial banking industry in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas for over 23 years leading loan departments that experienced top level growth and profitability. During this time, George received his Masters in Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Over the past 14 years, George held branch and regional management positions for a dental equipment and supply distributor to achieve sales growth exceeding others in the industry while delivering solid net profit success. His experience in project management enabled the region to become more effective in site preparation, scheduling and install efficiency. He served on several boards and lead committees including strategic planning, financial services, corporate 401K governance, asset/liability, budgeting, sales and marketing. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, fly fishing, boating and golfing. He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, Home Improvement Ministry and Reel Recovery programs.

Harlan serves as General Manager & HSE. Prior to joining the Quantum team, Harlan worked at Willowbend Investments Inc., as a completion's consultant. He started his career at BJ Hughes as field sales representative in the Barnett Shale. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Harlan made the decision to move to Quantum for the opportunity to work for a startup company and help build it from the ground up. Harlan is a graduate from Southwest Texas State University where he earned a bachelor's in business administration.

Luke Reed is the CEO of Quantum Valve and Oilfield Solutions. He started Quantum with the belief that there was a bridge to gap between operators and service companies. Since purchasing the company in 2015, Quantum has grown to 80 employees, is operating in every major basin in the US, and is expanding into other services. The growth and success of Quantum can be directly tied to his commitment to building and maintaining relationships, growing a community, providing a foundation for success, and creating a culture of support. These are the values that Luke prioritizes in the life and growth of Quantum. Prior to Purchasing Quantum, Luke served as Lead Engineer at Willowbend Investments. He oversaw one hundred plus consultants and several hundred wells throughout the major US Basins. Luke started his oilfield career at Halliburton as a mentor for the cement engineer program. He played a vital role in the devolvement of cost cutting efficiency programs and the technology now used in buoyancy assisted technology. He earned a B.S. degree in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Marcus is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Regiment, LLC. Prior to Regiment, Marcus worked at Donovan Ventures, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market growth equity investments. At Donovan Ventures, Mr. Minton was responsible for deal execution across the energy service and technology sectors. He worked closely with portfolio company management teams on capital raises, capital allocation, and served as CFO for multiple portfolio companies. Marcus began his career at Lewis Energy Group as an Operations Engineer overseeing the company's service assets.
Mr. Minton graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and received a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University. In his free time, Mr. Minton enjoys skiing, golfing, and mentoring at energy and technology accelerators.

Mitchell serves as Field Superintendent at Quantum. He brings over two decades of experience to the team. Mitchell started his career at Queshata Exploration and was most recently CEO of Draver Services. Since joining Quantum, Mitchell has launched the BOP, Frac stack, flowback divisions. He is officed out of Midland, TX.
