Worked with the Aged Care industry since 1999. She has developed extensive experience over the years in the industry. Throughout the career, she has worked for non-profit organization, hospital (Logan, QEII and Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital). She has certificate III in Age Care, Diploma in community services and welfare. She has worked and overseen many different Aged Care programs. Working with diverse and multicultural clients, and ready take any challenge that comes her way. Afruza has a wealth of knowledge and always happy to assist clients with any question and concerns.
Alky has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Social Science in Counselling. She has excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients and family members. She has more than 10 years' experience in the home care sector and loves her job very much.

Angelyn is an experienced Social Worker with a special interest in community aged care. Angelyn also has a background in social justice research and it is her passion to ensure that senior citizens, their families & carers are supported in the best way possible.

Angie has 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse working in the community with seniors in rural and regional NSW. She is passionate about managing the clinical care needs and chronic disease management in the home and preventing hospital admissions.
Having moved to Cairns early this year for a fresh start, Angie has already established a great rapport with our clients and with her professional experience, she continues to assist them to remain living independently and safely in their own home.
Ann holds the position of Managing Director at Senior Helpers Campbelltown-Cabramatta (SHCC), where she collaborates closely with the management team in various areas such as compliance, marketing, operations, training, and support.
With an impressive background in both business and healthcare industries, Ann earned several qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) designation, and a Master's in Business Administration. She has also held leadership positions in prestigious organizations such as Ernst & Young (E&Y), First National Bank of Chicago, a retail chain store, and a publicly listed company.
Although Ann has achieved considerable success in the corporate world, her passion for caring for individuals inspired her to make the transition into healthcare. With over a decade of experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse in aged care and hospital settings. She firmly believes that professionalism, patience, and a "people-first" approach are essential for delivering exceptional customer service.
Education is also a crucial element: Ann set up Australian Charter Education, a registered training provider that focuses on training aged care and disability qualifications. Her ultimate goal is to drive motivation towards leading an ethical aged care and disability support service
Bell has extensive experience working in the community aged care sector, with previous management and care management roles in community and charity services.
Bell is passionate about providing quality care and delivering the best possible results for clients. He is dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive, supportive and caring work environment for all caregivers and key players.
Bell is a volunteer soccer coach for kids at community club. He loves music and driving.
Has master's in human Rights, Graduate certificate in immigration Law and practice, bachelor's degree in human services. He has worked with the community sector for 16 years and has vast experience in community work. His passion is to help the disadvantaged to have a voice and live a fulfilled life. His goal is to assist clients to meet their goals.
Has bachelor's degree in child and Family Studies, Diploma in Business Administration and Diploma in Nursing. She has been working in the community sector for four years. Being in a culturally diverse community has enable her to understand the community very well. She passion of working with the people. She believes that everyone has the right to live life to its fullest. She role is to make sure that clients get the services that meet their needs and allow them to live independently.
With qualifications in aged care, disability care and Childcare, Chelsea has extensive experience in the home care industry. She also speaks English, Cantonese and mandarin with over 20 years experiences in community participation, organisation and leadership. Most importantly, she has a charming and caring personality, making her a friend to many in the broader community.

Christina has over 25 years' experience of training and teaching. She has created numerous training programs on a variety of topics for families, employees, managers and business owners, including the Senior GemsĀ® and Parkinson's Care Programs.
Crystal has been with the Senior Helpers family going on two years. Crystal has been in the aged care and disability industry for over 4 years. Crystal has been able to apply her genuine and caring nature to this role, ensuring our clients and support workers always feel supported. Her passion for creativity and innovation, motivates her to build solid relationships within this industry. She has a growing passion for exploring more ways in which she is able to assist our elderly members in our community. A mother to 3 boys who keep her on her toes, her weekends are spent creating memories with her boys. After a day at work you will find her winding down with a nice cuppa when her boys are all in bed, watching her favourite Korean shows.
Dayna started her career in home care in 2020 as a scheduler and has aspirations of becoming a Case Manager in the near future. Dayna is highly organised and has an eye for detail. Dayna's enthusiasm and belief in our services to our clients is contagious and she is an asset to Senior Helpers Far North Queensland.
Deb has worked in the disability, mental health and aged care sector for a number of years. Deb is a qualified Trainer & Assessor and has experience in various roles including support work, practical skills, coordinating staff and training students in accredited training across the Wide Bay area.
Deb adopts the theory of Social Role Valorisation in her work and believes that all people should be socially valued and respected.
Deb will liaise effectively with the team to meet client service delivery needs and to promote Senior Helpers Wide Bay.

Dr Good is a Senior Lecturer for Physiotherapy and an ethics committee member at the School of Physiotherapy, Australian Catholic University. He has genuine empathy for people and is experienced in chronic diseases, as well as human ethics and compliance through work and research.
John has provided primary health care in Adelaide's North-eastern and Southern community for 22 years. He is passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and those with disabilities. John believes in clients receiving a holistic approach to their care and the philosophy of "healthy mind healthy body" in ensuring a healthy and happy life.

Leonie joined Senior Helpers as a franchisee with her daughter Amy in 2013, opening their first office in Tasmania. In 2017, Leonie was offered the role as Franchisor for Senior Helpers in Australia. Leonie brings to Senior Helpers her experience as a franchisee, educator, trainer, researcher and manager.
Harry has a long history working in the St George community. His commitment and passion for his community has always been centred around the people within it. Harry is focused on supporting seniors in celebrating their life by providing them with quality and compatible care in the comfort of their own homes.
Jessica moved into her position of Operations Manager in January 2018 after working as the Operations Assistant for Senior Helpers National. Jessica's primary responsibility is to provide operations support to the National office as well as franchisees.
Jo's background in physiotherapy means she is able to offer assistance that is backed by experience to sufferers of chronic and other debilitating illnesses. She is driven by her passion to support people through the life they choose, whatever that might be, and seeks to make a real, meaningful change in the lives of her clients and their families.
Starting his career as a support worker in the UK almost 18 years ago. Jonathan moved to Australia and continued his career in the Aged Care Sector, advancing to Management with 10 years experience. Jonathan is now one of the owners of Senior Helpers Far North Queensland.
Say Hello to our RN/Case Manager Kaye. Kaye is a proud Filipina and immigrant who is passionate about her work. Kaye started out being a personal care assistant in residential aged care and climbed her way up the ladder over the years. Kaye's combined background of Oncology and Palliative care nursing has allowed her to see the most empowering aspect of care: choice. She has brought this value into the work that she does for Senior Helpers, in ensuring that all our Home Care Package clients have just that: the power to choose and make well-informed decisions. When she's not working, you can find Kaye on Instagram making content for her doggos or enjoying movie nights with her family.
Kylie has over 20 years of Administration experience and is a local born and bred of Cairns. Kylie started her career in the Australian Army and moved into Administration in the Travel and Mining Industries. Kylie is now one of the owners of Senior Helpers Far North Queensland.
Laura has a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is completing her Certificate IV in Ageing Support. Laura loves her role of recruiting and training new Support Workers to ensure that clients are matched with a compatible Support Worker to give them the most appropriate in-home care.
She has more than 14 years in the administration field. After she moved to Australia, she got her Cert III in Individual Support and Disability, Cert IV in Ageing Support and has since spent many years in the home care service field. She has compassion and patience towards the elderly and works well with the support workers.
Leanne started her career as a support worker, working her way into management. She is based in the Cassowary Coast region, but covers all areas of Far North Queensland mentoring our staff, training, providing case management and helping our wonderful clients. Leanne is Senior Helpers Far North Queensland's Case Manager.
Lily is a registered nurse with 12 years nursing experience in both acute and community care and also holds qualifications in human services.

Mari is responsible for managing the Business Development Team. She has been with Senior Helpers for over 10 years with 14 prior years' experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur.
Mohamad has a Bachelor of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering (Honours). Through his professional experience he has worked with biomedical equipment to aid both seniors and people with disabilities. Mohamad uses his operations and management experience to train and mentor his staff. Through their training the team are able to deliver quality care and support to clients and help them have a better quality of life at home.
Natalie's background as an experienced aged care and disability trainer with a speciality in dementia care has provided the platform for Senior Helpers Wide Bay.
Natalie has a degree in Dementia and has spent time both in Australia and overseas in the health and education sector. Natalie also developed and owns Simple Solutions Training Services which allows for students and staff to be trained in an inclusive environment that allows for their needs and aspirations.
Natalie is driven by her passion to make sure that all people are seen to be leading a good life and to be supported in the way that they choose. This optimises quality support and ongoing community engagement for clients and their families.

Say hello to our Administration Officer Natasha. Natasha the friendly & welcoming first face you will see at our Casey Office. Natasha joined our office almost 6 months ago and has brought her excel spreadsheet expertise along with her passion for making a difference in people's days. Over the last 3 years Natasha has worked in the Community Services field working with children, young people and elderly members of our community bringing vital skills to her role and Senior Helpers. In her spare time, she has a love for going to see musical theatre, live music or watching her beloved AFL Team at the Carlton Football Club play. Peter co-founded SH Franchising with Tony Bonacuse in 2004 and is the current CEO for Senior Helpers. He has led the organisation to become a national leader in non-medical home care in the USA. He is also the past President of the Home Care Association of America's board of directors.
Prof Wei has a MBBS., in China and a PhD in Australia with further training in the USA. He has extensive experience in various roles in committees, in government, University and communities. He has knowledge and experience to lead the team to a higher level in the Home Care Service industry.
Rabiha joined Senior Helper's team as a franchise close to 3 years ago. Becoming a director came from her empathy, passion and drive of caring for those in need and through her personal experience of being a mother of a child on the spectrum. Her promise is to endeavor and keep thriving in helping people to the best of her ability. After much research, she knew she could achieve those goals with joining and becoming a director of Senior Helpers Melbourne Northwest. Rabiha's involvement within the community is major, and she enjoys volunteering as much as possible.
Robert came to Senior Helpers in 2013 with an extensive background in finance and operations across many businesses, including Medicare.
With a strong and dedicated team, Sallah is determined to deliver the best care for his clients. With years of experience in NDIS, Sallah enjoys working with his clients to enhance their ability to live independently in their own home.
Shay has a strong operations background, particularly in customer service, training, change management and project management. This experience enables Shay to support the rest of the team to deliver the quality services that their clients deserve, to help them have a better quality of life at home.

Sue joined Senior Helpers Melbourne in the year 2020. She thrives to deliver nothing less than 100% care, which she does through her commitment and drive to help the seniors. She wants to continue to find different pathways to cater for her clients ensuring that they receive the upmost quality while remaining in their homes.
Suresh brings years of experience in management and customer service. His focus for Senior Helpers St George is to provide the community with an exceptional in-home care solution, while making a positive difference to the lives of the clients he works with. With his leadership and operational skills, Suresh supports the team through the administrational workings of the business.
Susan Westwood has worked as an Enrolled Nurse since 2013.
Susan has worked in Aged and Disability settings, both supporting clients and in administration roles.
Susan holds qualifications in humanities and focusing on people living with dementia. She strongly believes that all clients should be supported with the respect and dignity they deserve in a holistic manner.
Trish has a degree in Social Work and has spent 10 years as a practitioner in the community and health sector. She also has 7 years experience in the home care sector. Trish's focus is client relationships and developing community partnerships.
With years of experience in disability and aged care services, Zoe has a passion for helping clients to live independently and reach their goals. Through the development of mutual partnerships with clients, Zoe is able to deliver an outstanding level of care and service.
