Debby Martin

Debby Martin serves patients at Snoqualmie Valley, where she aims to genuinely connect with her patients while providing exceptional care. She earned a bachelor's degree in equestrian studies before returning to her roots in nursing and geriatric care. As a child, Debby visited nursing homes with her mother, also a nurse, and fell in love with the patients. Debby attended Seattle University where she received her ARNP and GNP. Before joining SVH, she worked at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett as a hospitalist but has also worked in many Skilled Nursing Facilities with geriatric patients for Swedish Residential Care and prior to that for The Everett Clinic. Debby has taught and trained both horse and rider for more than 20 years and also participates in dressage. She lives in Redmond where she owns a dressage boarding and training facility.

Dima Karim

CF-SLP Dima Karim Specializing in Speech Language Pathology in adults and children Dima is currently completing her clinical fellowship at SVH. She graduated from Rutgers University and gained extensive experience working with children in various settings ranging from public schools to outpatient centers. During this time, Dima gained experience treating kids with speech sound production disorders, language and social communication disorders, bilingual kids with autism, and feeding disorders.

Dr. Roxanne Hicks

Dr. Roxanne Hicks is an internal medicine physician with special interests in primary care, women's health and health systems. She believes all patients should be listened to, and deserve to receive high quality evidence-based care. Dr. Hicks grew up in Tacoma and received her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Washington and University of Washington Medical Center. She also spent over three years in research at Seattle Children's. In medical school she was elected to the AOA honor society for academic achievement. She was awarded the Robert S. Evans Award from the University of Washington for reflecting the qualities of warmth, understanding, and concern for the needs of others. Dr. Hicks was also awarded the Tina Juul-Dam Primary Care Award from the University of Washington for embracing the principles and responsibilities of primary care, providing exemplary service and being an inspiration to others. She is married to her longtime partner who she shares three cats with. Dr. Hicks also enjoys camping, skiing, karaoke, and spending quality time with family and friends.

James D. Watson

MD James D. Watson Board Certification: American Board of Internal Medicine - Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease Dr. Watson went to Medical College of Pennsylvania for his medical school education. He completed internal medicine residency at Presbyterian Medical Center of University of Pennsylvania and his Cardiology fellowship training at Presbyterian Medical Center of University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. His areas of interest include stress testing, heart catheterization, balloon angioplasty and stents and pacemaker placement. He has over 24 years of experience in these procedures, diagnostic cardiology, congestive heart failure, peripheral artery diagnosis, angioplasty and stent procedures. He is the Medical Director of Cardiac Rehab at Overlake Hospital Medical Center. Janna Stombaugh

Janna is the Lead Occupational Therapist at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. Janna graduated from Occupational Therapy school in 2004 at Eastern Washington University. Janna has worked across a variety of settings in her career, including acute care, skilled nursing facilities, home health, subacute settings and outpatient therapy. Janna is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist who completes workstation evaluations for employees at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital. She has a special interest in neurological impairments, upper extremity conditions and working with older adults with a focus on patient's goals to obtain their highest possible level of independence.

Jennifer Spence

Dr. Spence is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and brings more than 24 years of dedicated experience in family medicine to Snoqualmie Valley Health. For the past 21 years, she has been caring for patients locally on the Eastside. She is driven by a passion for collaborating with her patients to achieve the health goals that matter most to them. Her comprehensive practice encompasses all age groups, with particular expertise in women's health, pediatrics, and foster/adoption medicine. Beyond her professional life, Dr. Spence finds joy in traveling and cherishes time spent with her own five children. Additionally, she is actively pursuing an MBA, showcasing her ongoing commitment to growth and excellence in healthcare management.

Joanna Hagen

MN, ARNP, FNP-BC Joanna Hagen Board Certification: American Nursing Certification Center University of Washington- Master of Nursing | Completed in 2002 Joanna is a native Washingtonian, born and raised in Renton. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at NICU through Washington State University in 1995. She worked for the Seattle Public Health Department for 12 years. During this time, she worked primarily with the immigrant population, especially newborns, mothers and children. Over the years, she has taught health classes in local schools, provided parenting classes in the community and dedicated herself to serving adolescences by working in several clinics. In 2000, Joanna went back to school and completed her master's degree at the University of Washington, Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2002. After graduation, she spent a few years in Kent working in family practice before moving to the Snoqualmie Valley in 2004. Her special interests include women's health, pediatrics, mental health, hypertension and asthma/allergy. She is a member of the Women's Health Team. Joanna lives in the Snoqualmie Valley with her family. She enjoys skiing, hiking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Karyn Denton - COO

Karyn Denton rejoined the district as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer in June 2019, having served as a member of the executive team in 2008-2010. She has 30 years of operational and nursing leadership experience having worked in several healthcare organizations in the Puget Sound region. Ms. Denton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, and a MBA from Jones University. Ms. Denton resides in North Bend with her family and enjoys a variety of recreational activities in the area.

Katherine Thompson

Katherine Thompson, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional serving as part of the Snoqualmie Ridge Urgent Care team. What truly excites Katherine about being a part of Snoqualmie Valley Hospital is the opportunity for growth and the ability to build new resources within the health district. Katherine's passion lies in trauma-informed care, particularly for survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, child abuse, and human trafficking. Her focus on this niche area demonstrates her deep commitment to supporting and advocating for those who have experienced trauma. Outside of her professional life, Katherine finds joy in living in the picturesque Snoqualmie Valley. The proximity to nature and a wide range of outdoor activities provides her with a perfect balance to her work. She appreciates the easy access to hiking trails, scenic views, and the opportunity to engage in her favorite pastime: competitive rowing as a masters rower for Lake Sammamish. Kaylin Reeve

Kaylin is a primary care provider and Fall City resident who accepts patients across the entire lifespan. As part of the SVH Team, she is passionate about providing equitable care to all patients with a focus on preventive wellness. Her clinical interests are preventative medicine, telemedicine, diabetes management and transitional care. Kaylin is also a member of our Women's Health Team. Originally from San Diego, Kaylin has a bachelor's degree in biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She received both her RN and DNP from Seattle University. Before joining SVH in 2019 as a nurse in our inpatient unit, Kaylin worked in pediatric home health. In her free time, she loves paddle boarding and hiking with her husband.

Kendra Widner

Kendra is the outpatient clinic lead. She graduated from Washington State University with her Bachelor of Science, and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Carolina. She incorporates manual therapy and full body assessment into her sessions, with an emphasis on treating the person as a whole. Lindsey Royal

A Fall City native, Lindsey Royal brings an enthusiasm for psychiatry and a special interest in children and adolescents as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. After graduating from Lamar University with a bachelor's degree in nursing, she completed a brief stint as a hospital nurse followed by over a decade of work as a psychiatric nurse. After completing her master's degree through Walden University, she now works as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving our community from The Ridge Clinic. She looks forward to expanding behavioral health options for younger patients within the Valley and surrounding area. Lindsey returned to Fall City with her family in 2014 and established a farm where she raises sheep, chickens and pigs. Her dog, Mars, helps keep everyone safe and organized. When she is not at work, she can be found on the farm, enjoying her four kids, hiking, or playing tennis.

His decision to treat the community he lives in is driven by a desire to contribute to the well-being of his neighbors, fostering a sense of accountability that motivates him to provide excellent care on a daily basis. As a dedicated member of the Snoqualmie Valley community, Kevin Trippe brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to providing exceptional healthcare to his neighbors. Living in North Bend, Kevin chose SVH as his professional home because of his strong belief in the importance of small, local healthcare options that prioritize patient-focused care. Kevin's philosophy of care revolves around practicing evidence-based medicine aligned with individualized patient goals. He places a high priority on ensuring that patients and their families fully understand the care provided, fostering transparency and trust in the healthcare journey. Originally from Michigan, Kevin is happily married with one dog. Melanie Boehler

PT, DPT Melanie Boehler Specializing in Physical Therapy in adults and children Melanie graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2015. She has experience working with children who may have delayed milestones, torticollis, toe walking, autism, poor balance and frequent falls, impaired posture or scoliosis, effects from cancer and treatment, orthotic needs and more. Melanie has two young kids who inspire her to be a fun and engaging therapist.

Neeta Jain

Dr. Jain's approach is to treat each patient as her own child. She said she doesn't consider her patients as patients, rather as family. "I call these children my kids," she said. The mother of two college-aged girls, she brings her experience as a mom and as a pediatrician of 22 years to her practice.

Patrick Ritter - CFO

Patrick Ritter became the Chief Financial Officer in December 2019. He has over 20 years in healthcare and leadership experience working in several organizations within the Snoqualmie Valley. He joined the district in 2004 as Clinic Billing Manager and became Revenue Cycle Director in 2014. He has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Washington and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Patrick resides in North Bend with his wife Tricia and two daughters and enjoys serving in mission work in Honduras, traveling, and spending time his family. For more than 10 years, he served as a board member for Summit Classical Christian School, Fall City, Wash.

Rachel Robison

Rachel has served the health care needs of the Snoqualmie Valley community, where she has raised her three children, for nearly 20 years. By living and working in the Valley, Rachel's commitment to improving the health and wellness of her patients extends to their families and greater community. She blends her professional and personal experience to foster therapeutic relationships to best support the uniqueness of each person she cares for. From 2015-2022, Rachel's clinical expertise expanded into leadership where she served as Clinical Practice Director for Snoqualmie Valley Health Clinics. In 2023, she returned to her roots as a primary care provider for all ages at Snoqualmie Ridge Medical Clinic and is accepting new patients. Her clinical expertise includes supporting the unique needs of teens and young adults, inclusive care, mental health and coping with life transitions, perimenopause symptom management, weight management, sleep disorders and caregiver support through terminal illness. She is also a member of our Women's Health Team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, supporting the UW Husky and WSU Cougar rivalry, fashion and interior decorating. Rachel is also a trustee on the Snoqualmie Valley Health Foundation board.

Renée K. Jensen - CEO

Renée Jensen has more than 20 years in healthcare leadership within Washington State and deep community roots in Skykomish Valley. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with EvergreenHealth. Previously, Jensen led Summit Pacific Medical Center for more than ten years as their Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent, while executing a successful financial turnaround, construction of a brand-new hospital, new medical clinic and implementing framework for a community-focused wellness center. Jensen is known as an innovative, transparent leader who engages with the community to bring transformational healthcare to the communities she serves. She is a member of the Washington State Hospital Association strategic planning and board governance committees, the Vice Chair of the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts, the Chair of the Rural Health Enterprise for the Washington State Rural Collaborative. She is actively involved in many community-based service organizations and enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors with her family.

Sandra Ramsey

Sandra's 40 years in banking have given her a vast understanding of what her customers need. While her portfolio and expertise are diverse, she mainly works with nonprofits and helps businesses secure commercial real estate loans. Sandra is a longtime resident of Pierce and King counties and enjoys helping her community just as much as she does her customers. She also serves on the board and supports the local organization Encompass who partners with families in the Snoqualmie Valley, Issaquah and eastside communities to build healthy foundations for children of all abilities.

Sarah Eid

Sarah graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2016. She is working toward her Postural Restoration Certification. She enjoys tailoring treatments to each patient's needs and goals. Sarah Leppert

Sarah Leppert is a dedicated provider in our Urgent Care. She values collaborative patient partnerships, ensuring their comfort and involvement in healthcare decisions. With over a decade of experience in direct patient care, she has a diverse background spanning same-day acute care, primary care, and endocrinology. Her clinical interests are in treating acute injuries and illnesses, conducting sports physicals, and caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Her experience has also fostered a special interest in diabetes management. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Public Health at the University of Washington. She then pursued further education at the University of Washington School of Medicine's MEDEX Northwest Masters of Clinical Health Services Physician Assistant Program. Outside of work, Sarah finds joy in outdoor activities such as landscaping, gardening and exploring nature. She cherishes family time and travel experiences, actively supporting her kids during baseball games and cheering for the Mariners.

Shalabh Chandra

He has more than two decades of experience in medical devices and medical diagnostics. Prior to his leadership at Spacelabs Healthcare, Mr. Handra served as the Vice President andeneral Manager of the Neurology division at Quest Diagnostics. In his previous roles, Mr. Chandra has held leadership positions at Analogic, including President and CEO of Analogic Asia and Senior Vice President of the Global Ultrasound Business. Mr. Chandra also served at Philips Medical as General Manager of Global MRI Patient Monitoring. Mr. Chandra holds an MBA from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, a master's degree in biomedical engineering from The Ohio State University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from India Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. Mr. Chandra is also an active member of his community. He is on the board of Snoqualmie Valley Shelter Services, and a member of Snoqualmie Economic Development Committee.

Shantal Postiglione

Shantal Postiglione joined the SVH Primary Care team in January of 2022. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients of all ages across the lifespan. She is accepting new patients and is a member of our Wellness Provider and Women's Health teams. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Hawaii, and after five years of various nursing experience in the United States Army, and another three years as a civilian registered nurse, she obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Family Medicine from University of Washington. Shantal is also an active member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Puget Sound Nurse Practitioner Association. Shantal strongly believes that establishing a trusted provider and patient partnership builds a stronger foundation in the journey to wellness. Her areas of health interest include women's health, preventative health and wellness, chronic disease management, and weight management which includes expertise in body composition scans. In her spare time, Shantal enjoys exploring the outdoors in the PNW with her husband, three children, family and friends.

Susan Kingsbury-Comeau

Susan Kingsbury-Comeau is Executive Director of Mt. Si Senior Center. Mt. Si Senior Center enhances the quality of life for older adults in the Snoqualmie Valley by providing a comprehensive network of services through their senior center, transportation services and affordable housing. Since 2015, Susan has increased revenue, created operational efficiencies, introduced programs for an increasingly diverse population, effected the purchase affordable senior housing, and rehabilitated the center. She brings her 16 years of non-profit experience to support community and non-profit organizations. She currently serves on King County's Veterans Seniors and Human Service Levy Advisory Board and sits on the boards for Washington State Association of Senior Centers, Non-Profit Insurance Program, Snoqualmie Valley Health Foundation, and Mt Si MTB. She holds a master's degree in sociology from the University of Washington. Susan is passionate about community engagement and connecting people to resources so they may live the fullest life possible.

Tammy Moore

Dr. Moore oversees several strategic initiatives as part of the executive team, with focus on innovation, primary care and new service line development. She is passionate about equity and serving all of the residents of the Snoqualmie Valley and ensuring they have access to care and excellent customer service. With more than 20 years in healthcare, Dr. Moore spent 14 years at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA. In her roles as Medical Staff President and Vice President of Care Transformation, Dr. Moore successfully built relationships with nursing and medical staff and as CCO she oversaw innovation efforts that focused on payment reform and redesign of healthcare delivery in Western Washington State. She feels strongly that innovation of the healthcare landscape is essential to building sustainable health organizations that serve in partnership with their communities.
