CHRISTOPHER NAVE, CFRE (Chief Advancement Officer) joined Roundabout in 2010 and was integral to its successful 50 th Anniversary Campaign to secure the company's future. As Chief Advancement Officer, he drives the organization's multi-year strategy to advance Roundabout's mission and deepen its impact, convening support among vital stakeholders and overseeing organizational governance and all contributed revenue. Christopher received his bachelor's degree from Elmhurst University and has over 20 years of nonprofit management expertise working with a range of organizations in the performing arts, human services and advocacy sectors. In 2005, he became one of only 5,000 Certified Fundraising Executives (CFRE), demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice in the philanthropic sector. He is an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute and a proud member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

SCOTT ELLIS

SCOTT ELLIS (Interim Artistic Director) most recently served as Roundabout's Adams Deputy Artistic Director, a position that was created for him in 1998. He made his Roundabout debut in 1993 with the Broadway revival of She Loves Me- Roundabout's first ever musical- which earned him his first of nine Tony Award nominations, along with an Olivier Award when the production transferred to London's West End. His subsequent work on Broadway includes Twelve Angry Men (Roundabout's first play to tour nationally), Roundabout's hit production of Kiss Me, Kate!, and Roundabout's encore revival of She Loves Me in 2016, which became the first Broadway show to livestream worldwide. He is a Drama Desk Award winner for his production of The World Goes ‘Round.

STEVEN SHOWALTER

joined Roundabout after previously serving as General Manager of the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University where he made vital contributions to its growth and sustainability. During his nine-year tenure, Showalter oversaw general management, finance, facilities, operations, and patron services departments, successfully negotiated key contracts, and collaborated with the Harvard University leadership on strategic and financial planning. Prior to this role, Showalter spent 10 years as both Associate General Manager and then General Manager of The Public Theater, one of New York City's largest performing arts institutions and one of the United States' first nonprofit theaters. Steven holds a bachelor's degree from DePauw University and a master's degree from Harvard University.

SYDNEY BEERS

joined Roundabout Theatre Company in 1995. She has held various positions at the organization, including Director of Sales, Director of Administration, and General Manager. In her current role as Roundabout's Executive Producer, she oversees the company's Broadway and Off-Broadway productions across five venues, in addition to managing various organizational operations. As part of Executive Leadership, she works in tandem with the Board of Directors to ensure Roundabout's artistic and financial success, as well as advance its mission. Prior to Roundabout, she has worked at Shakespeare Theatre Company, Walnut Street Theatre, and Delaware Theatre Company. Sydney is a graduate of Catholic University and has studied theatre abroad at various institutions such as Oxford University, The Royal Shakespeare Company, and London University. She is proud to be a member of The Broadway League where she sits on the Board and Executive Committee.

TODD HAIMES - CEO, President

TODD HAIMES (President/CEO, in memoriam) joined Roundabout as the Executive Director at the age of 26. From 1983 to 1990, he served in that position, overseeing the company's finances, marketing and fundraising. Mr. Haimes was the Artistic Director of Roundabout Theatre Company from July 1, 1990, and he became the Artistic Director and CEO in 2015. Mr. Haimes was the former President and served on the Board of The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York - the service organization representing all not-for-profit theatres in New York City - and he was a member of the Broadway League Executive Committee. He was the recipient of the 2013 Lucille Lortel Lifetime Achievement Award and was named a Crain's New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree in 1992. He taught Theatre Administration in the Graduate Program at the Yale School of Drama and the Graduate Theatre Administration Program at Brooklyn College, and served as a member of the Hunter College Theatre Advisory Board. He also served as an Executive in Residence at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies. He held a bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's Degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Organization and Management.
