UNCOMMON COSTUMING

Uncommon Costuming is a Chicago-based custom clothing company founded in May 2015 by Courtney Jacobson. Courtney comes from a line of excellent seamstresses and first learned to sew as a teenager at her mother's side. Making costumes for Halloween was always the highlight of any year! When she began attending comic book and gaming conventions, she immediately fell in love with cosplay, creating look-alike costumes and her own original designs... In addition to making costumes, Uncommon Costuming endeavors to make everyday clothing more fun by incorporating fantasy themes into regular streetwear. We also strive to make our designs accessible to everyone; styles can be made for any size, shape, and gender. Whether it's a unique cosplay creation or custom clothing, Uncommon Costuming creates original designs that are outside the ordinary!
