The Vanguard Stars Circuit appears one afternoon in Lisbon in a conversation between the General Director of Vanguard Stars, Tatyana Bezukladnikova, and the CEO of Vanguard Properties, José Cardoso Botelho, while they were watching their children train at CIF, in Lisbon.
