WALKER RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL SERVICES - Key Persons

Justin Walker has been in the residential appraisal business since 2001, with all of those years being right here in Abilene. Justin grew up in the small town of Wharton, Texas and moved to Abilene in 1997 to attend Abilene Christian University. While he was receiving his degree in marketing and management he began working with Rob Cunningham Residential Appraisal and Consulting as an appraisal trainee, where he worked until 2005. Justin received his Texas state residential certification in 2003. He specializes in single family residences, as well as, multi-family and investment property appraisals. Justin is married to wife Jennifer and has two beautiful daughters Emma Beth and Lily Anne.

Wayne Walker has been in the Abilene area since 2004. He worked as an elementary school teacher and elementary principal most of his working life and has been appraising since 2004. Wayne is married to Lora Walker and has two grown children.
