Tommy's Seafood, founded in 1982, is a gulf seafood processor located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The factory is approximately 30,000 square-feet and is divided into multiple workshops including but not limited to wild-caught head-on & head-off shrimp, live & cleaned frozen blue crab, oyster shell-stock & shucked oyster meat production and further processed foods such as crab cakes, shrimp cakes, entrees and sauces. Tommy's can custom pack our products within your specification in your brand. Tommy's also provides R&D services to assist you further at your customer level with our products...
