Kimberly J. Fairley

Dr. Fairley is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Osteopathic Association and American College of Gastroenterology. Following graduation from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, she completed her internal medicine residency at West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown, WV, where she was also the chief resident. She completed her gastroenterology fellowship program and advanced endoscopy fellowship program at Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa.

Siva Prasad Maruboyina

Siva Prasad Maruboyina, MD, earned his medical degree from PES Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Kuppam, India. After moving to the United States, he worked in Health Information Management (HIM) for Prime Healthcare in Sherman Oaks, CA. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Michaels Medical Center/New York Medical College, where he was appointed chief resident. His Gastroenterology Fellowship was completed at St. Joseph's University Medical Center & Saint Michaels Medical Center/New York Medical College in Paterson, NJ and Newark, NJ, where he was named chief fellow. Dr. Maruboyina actively participates in medical research, especially while working for a medical research firm in Chicago, IL. He has given numerous lectures and presentations relating to his field. Dr. Maruboyina is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He enjoys meditation, music, dance, tennis, chess, gardening, camping, and nature. Dr. Maruboyina's wife is currently finishing her nephrology fellowship at West Virginia University. They have two daughters.

Tariq Hammad

Tariq Hammad, MD received his medical degree from An-Najah National University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in Nablus, Palestine. He also earned a graduate certificate in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the College of Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Hammad completed his residency in internal medicine from the University of Toledo, as well as his first year of Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship. He completed his fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Graduating at the top of his medical school class, he has also received numerous accolades throughout his medical education and training. Dr. Hammad actively participates in medical research and has given many lectures and presentations relating to his field. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as landscaping and cooking. Dr. Hammad is also bilingual - fluent in both English and Arabic.

Yousef Abdel-Aziz

Yousef Abdel-Aziz, MD, MPH, received his medical degree from Hashemite University in Jordan. He also earned a Master of Public Health Administration from the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. Dr. Abdel-Aziz began his preliminary year of internal medicine at Marshall University, at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, WV. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Toledo, while there he was named chief medical resident and was honored with an Alpha-Omega-Alpha (A.O.A.) Membership. A.O.A. is the national medical honor society's top 1% of U.S. Physicians. His fellowship training was completed at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Graduating at the top of his medical school class, he has received numerous accolades throughout his medical education and training. Dr. Abdel-Aziz is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He helped to organize the breaking of the Guinness World Record for the most people to sign up as organ donors in eight hours, which resulted in 3,540 donors. In his spare time, he enjoys spending it with family and friends, as well as reading, walking, soccer, and listening to music.
