Alyson worked for a High Street Bank for 23 years before diversifying in to Bookkeeping. She joined Perkins, George Mawer & Co. in March looking after the office financial accounts.

Following a lengthy career in International banking in London, UK locations and abroad Andrew joined Halifax Estate Agents in 2000 followed by a number of years at the property arm of The Nottingham Building Society as Manager/Valuer. In 2006 he opened a new branch of Walters Estate Agents in Market Rasen developing the business in both the sales and rental market whilst building excellent relationships within the local community. A decision was made in August 2020 to merge the business into Perkins George Mawer Market Rasen with Andrew now heading up the sales team as Manager/Valuer.
Andrew has two grown up children and grandchildren and has interests including antique collecting and Formula 1.

I made the move from the City (Leeds) to the Lincolnshire Countryside in 2021 and I love it.
Joining the Sales Team at Perkins George Mawer in Summer 2021.
I have worked in Estate Agency since 2001 gaining experience in both Sales and Lettings.
In my spare time I like to sing in a choir and spend as much time as I can with my Grandchildren and Alan my Chihuahua.

Elton is from a farming background and retains an interest in the family farm. He studied in Sheffield qualifying as a chartered surveyor. Following that he graduated from Harper Adams with a degree in Agriculture with land and farm management.
He worked in South Yorkshire for a firm of Rural chartered surveyors for nearly 20 years gaining a wide range of professional experience. In particular he has experience of rural grant schemes, BPS, countryside stewardship, planning, compulsory purchase and compensation claims.

Laura has been with the firm since 2009 and started off as a Business Administration Apprentice based within our Lettings Department.
Laura has since finished her course and has progressed onto passing her NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Laura has an agricultural background and enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits.

Mike attended Stamford School and went on to study at London University. He obtained a post graduate diploma from Wye College before joining George Mawer & Co. in 1963.
After becoming a partner in 1969 the firm evolved and expanded, culminating in the opportunity to gain independence. Mike founded Perkins, George Mawer & Co. in 1997 and he now employs over 15 full and part time staff from the Market Rasen office.

Molly is passionate about agriculture and joined Perkins George Mawer & Co. in 2020 to assist the rural team in all aspects.
Having graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Agriculture and Land Management, Molly has gone on to become a Fellow of the CAAV and continues to apply her practical knowledge to her everyday work in a range of areas for farming businesses, including rural valuation, subsidy claims and grant applications.
In her down time Molly loves all things fieldsports and can often be found out with her dogs!

Nicholas qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor after graduating from Harper Adams Agricultural College.
He joined Perkins, George Mawer & Co. in 1998 having previously worked in both the public and private sectors as a Land Agent. He is engaged in all aspects of professional work with specialist knowledge of pipelines, cables and wires, Basic Payment Scheme and farm machinery sales. He became an equity partner in 2014.

Sam has lived in Market Rasen most of her life, and after leaving De Aston School went on to join a local firm of Accountants where she worked for 15 years.
After a short spell working for the Halifax Estate Agency, she took the position of part-time to Secretary to Mike Perkins which she has been doing for the last 8 years.
