Theodore Kondylis derived his architectural inspiration from a young age by reading about the work of Costas Kondylis, one of the most prolific architects in New York City who designed over 75 buildings and some of the most iconic skyscrapers including 1049 Fifth Avenue, Trump World Tower, and Manhattan Place. Since Costas Kondylis had his father's same name, Theodore was mesmerized and inspired to pursue his studies at the School for Fine Arts in Greece. He later earned his Master of Arts degree in architectural design from Derby University in the United Kingdom.
