After graduating from Latrobe University with an Economics Degree, Carl started a residential building company, which he ran with his wife Glenys. His successful building company was merged with the real estate business as a result of the synergies between the two companies. Carl is now married with three children and five grandchildren. Carl has been involved in the building industry for 38 years both commercial and residential construction including Aged Care Facilities, Child Care Facilities, Apartment Construction, High-end Residential Construction and Medical Centres. Carl also holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Commercial Builders Unlimited License (CBU)

Christian has been involved in the building industry for 20 years. Christian brings to the company a wealth of experience and has been involved with the Tendering, Estimating, Development and Construction of several major Commercial and Residential Projects throughout Victoria. Christian also holds an Associate Diploma of Architectural Drafting, Bachelor of Construction Management (Economics) and Domestic Builder Unlimited License (DBU).

Glenys has been involved in the building industry for 38 years both commercial and residential construction. She has been involved in the financials for the construction of Aged Care Facilities, Child Care Facilities, Apartment Construction, High-end Residential Construction and Medical Centres. Glenys also holds a Licenced Estate Agent & Member of the REIV. Glenys is currently studying at University Bachelor of Property & Bachelor of Commerce.
