Antonio Valencia

Antonio Valencia serves as senior vice president and president of Power Technologies (PT) and Global Electrification, where he works closely with Dana's other business units and engineering to ensure that we are providing our customers with class-leading engine and transmission sealing and ​thermal management, as well as battery and electronics cooling and electric and electro-mechanical solutions. Antonio also leads Dana's electrification strategy as the only supplier capable of delivering all elements of a complete, fully integrated electrified system across all mobility markets. Antonio joined Dana in 2012 as director of operational excellence for the Asia Pacific region, based in Shanghai, China. He subsequently served as senior director of operations and operational excellence for Dana's Off-Highway Driveline business before being named senior vice president of global electrification, China, and India in 2019. In addition, Antonio provided operational oversight for Dana to Dongfeng Dana Axle Company (DDAC), our joint venture with Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, and gave strategic input through the DDAC Board of Directors. He also led all aspects of the industrial business for Dana. Before coming to Dana, Antonio worked in a number of operational and business leadership positions at Arvin Meritor, Inteva Products, Thompson Systems, and Baracoda. During that time, he gained strong international experience, having managed turnaround initiatives in numerous countries, including France, Thailand, China, and Mexico. Antonio earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lycée A Dhuoda University in Nines, France, and a master's degree in ceramic engineering from ENSCI University in Limoges, France.

Aziz Aghili serves as executive vice president of Dana and has responsibility for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Drive and Motion Systems. Aziz joined Dana in 2009 as president of Dana Europe before being named president of Dana Asia-Pacific in 2010. He assumed responsibility for the Off-Highway business unit in 2011 and in 2018 was named an executive vice president of the company. In 2021 his responsibilities were expanded to include the Commercial Vehicle business unit. Aziz spent more than 20 years at Meritor, where he last served as vice president and general manager of the Body Systems division. Prior to that, he held strategic leadership positions around the world, including vice president and general manager of Asia Pacific and vice president of Global Procurement, Commercial Marketing, and Business Development - Asia Pacific. Before joining Meritor, he worked for Nissan Motor Company and General Electric Plastics. Aziz serves on the board of directors of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a leading provider of sustainable paper-based packaging solutions, and Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a manufacturer of motion solutions for the material handling industry. Aziz earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Teesside Polytechnic University in the United Kingdom. He also holds graduate diplomas in business administration from the University of New South Wales and international management and business administration from the INSEAD Business School in France.

Bridget E. Karlin

Bridget E. Karlin is the senior vice president of information technology for Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit healthcare systems, with more than $85 billion in annual revenue. Employing more than 300,000 people, including some 87,000 doctors and nurses, the company serves more than 12 million patients. Ms. Karlin previously served as the global chief technology officer and vice president of IBM's multi-billion-dollar Global Technology Services business, responsible for enterprise clients' IT Infrastructure. Prior to IBM, Ms. Karlin was general manager of the Internet of Things (IoT) Strategy and Integrated Products Division at Intel Corporation, where she also served as general manager for the company's Hybrid Cloud Services. Ms. Karlin has held executive positions at a number of other technology companies, as well, including CompuCom Systems and Thinque Systems, which she founded. Ms. Karlin serves as chair of Dana's Compensation Committee along with the Technology and Sustainability Committee.

Byron Foster

Byron Foster serves as senior vice president and president, Light Vehicle Drive Systems, Dana's largest business. He joined the company in 2021 as senior vice president and chief commercial, marketing, and communications officer responsible for leading and supporting all commercial opportunities globally, along with oversight responsibilities for marketing and communications. Byron is a veteran of the mobility industry, serving for more than two decades in senior executive commercial and operational roles at Johnson Controls, Inc., and Adient plc. Most recently, he served as CEO of Shield T3, a Covid-19 testing company of the University of Illinois. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University. Byron is a member of the board of directors of Wabtec Corporation, a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and services for the freight and transit rail industries, as well as the mining, marine, and industrial markets.

Chris Clark

Chris Clark serves as senior vice president of global operations for Dana. In this role, Chris continues to build upon our Safety First, Quality Focused continuous improvement culture that strives for world-class operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction across the organization. Specifically, he ensures that we continue leveraging our capabilities to drive strong collaboration and engagement across our manufacturing environment through best-practice sharing, benchmarking, and consistent process deployment. Chris came to Dana from Yanfeng Automotive Interiors where he served as vice president of operations. Prior to that role, he worked as vice president of operations at Faurecia and also held key operational leadership roles with Motus Integrated Technologies, International Automotive Components, and Lear Corporation. Chris earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Columbus State University and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Christophe Dominiak - CTO, SVP

Christophe Dominiak was born in France and has worked in the field of research and development for more than 30 years across a variety of industries. He currently serves as senior vice president and chief technology officer for Dana. In this role, Christophe leads Dana's core products, industrial and manufacturing engineering strategy, including the execution of the company's enterprise strategy in the areas of commercialization of new technologies, and acceleration of electrification and hybridization. Christophe joined Dana in early 2016 as vice president of global off-highway engineering. Before joining Dana, he was deputy chief technology officer for Hutchinson, a global automotive and aerospace supplier in Paris. He also held a variety of strategic positions, including senior director of electronics engineering and purchasing, managing director of electronic assess systems, and vice president of security systems for Valeo. In addition, Christophe served as R&D chief engineer and program director at Rockwell in Paris and held engineering roles at both Webasto and Corning Inc. During his time at Corning Inc., Christophe finalized his master thesis and developed a true passion for research and innovation. When he joined Rockwell, he gained his first true U.S. experience in the Science Center based in California. From there, his career enabled him to travel the world and be part of many different academic institutions where he served as an academic chairperson and participated in several boards for business innovation incubators. Christophe earned a master's degree in material specialization from the prestigious Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris where he also studied fundamental physics and mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and material science. In addition, he earned both an associate's degree and bachelor's degree in physics from Rouen University.

Craig Price

Craig Price serves as senior vice president of purchasing and supplier development for all of Dana globally. Responsible for all aspects of purchasing, Craig works closely with the business unit presidents and functional leads to evaluate, develop, and implement global sourcing strategies to ensure that purchased materials support the needs of the business, while optimizing cost, inventory levels, and working capital. Craig came to Dana in 2010 from ArvinMeritor, where he served 19 years in a variety of leadership roles, including director of procurement for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division in Europe, as well as global commodity manager of steel for the Light Vehicle Systems Worldwide Procurement. Craig earned a higher national diploma (HND) in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from The University of Glamorgan in the United Kingdom and an HND in business administration from The University of Wales in the United Kingdom. In 2014, Craig was honored by Automotive News Europe as a rising star of purchasing.

Diarmuid B. O'Connell

Diarmuid B. O'Connell is the former vice president of business development and was a member of the executive team at Tesla from 2006 to 2017. He also served as chief of staff to the assistant secretary of state for political military affairs in the U.S. Department of State. Mr. O'Connell has also held management positions with Accenture, Young & Rubicam, and McCann-Erickson. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. O'Connell earned master's degrees in business administration from the Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and international relations from the University of Virginia. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Albemarle Corporation and The Mobility House GmbH. Mr. O'Connell is chair of Dana's Technology and Sustainability Committee and also serves on the Audit Committee.

Douglas H. Liedberg is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Dana Incorporated. Reporting directly to the company chairman and chief executive officer, Doug oversees all of Dana's worldwide legal affairs, including risk management, and he has oversight responsibility for global marketing and communications. Doug also serves as Dana's chief compliance & sustainability officer. In this role, he leads the Office of Business Conduct, and chairs the company's Sustainability & Social Responsibility Leadership Council. Doug first joined Dana in 1999, before leaving the company in 2001 to serve as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Dentons law firm, advising a wide range of clients with a focus in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Doug rejoined Dana in 2004, serving in the role of senior counsel for mergers and acquisitions until his promotion to associate general counsel in 2008. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School; an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, with a minor in business administration, from Rockford University.
