Chris joined Dart's Accounting Department in 1992 after working for three years at Ernst & Young's Lansing office, where she became a Certified Public Accountant. She was promoted to Controller in 2010 and assumed overall responsibility for Dart's Accounting Department. She was named the company's first Chief Financial Officer In 2012 and became Executive Vice President-Finance and CFO in 2014.
As EVP-Finance and CFO, Chris is responsible for Dart's Accounting, Tax and Tax Planning, Treasury, Strategy, Information Technology and Risk Management functions.
Chris has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University, where she was a member of the international honors business fraternity Beta Alpha Psi.

Frank joined Dart Container Corporation in 1995 and was named General Counsel and Executive Vice President-Legal, Government and Environmental Affairs in 2021. He previously served as Vice President and Secretary, Assistant General Counsel, and Vice President-Government Affairs & the Environment and General Counsel.
Prior to joining Dart, Frank worked for 10 years for Citizens Banking Corporation as Assistant General Counsel. He is former adjunct faculty at Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law.
Frank has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Jim joined Dart Container Corporation in 2013 as Vice President-Human Resources and was promoted to Executive Vice President-People, Culture and Communications in 2019. Jim has 30 years' experience in human resources and communications, having served as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Wayne State University, State Personnel Director for the State of Michigan and Director at KPMG, where he led HR transformational and business optimization engagements for numerous clients.
As EVP-People, Culture and Communications, Jim leads companywide Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Corporate Communications functions.
Jim has a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University and master's degree in public administration from Western Michigan University.
Keith joined Dart in 2018 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Previously he served as Executive Vice President-Manufacturing and Executive Vice President-Supply Chain..
Prior to joining Dart, Keith spent more than 25 years leading rigid plastic, aluminum and flexible packaging operations at several consumer packed goods companies. Keith's experience includes roles as Vice President of Operations at Amcor, Vice President/GM at Exal Corporation and Vice President of Operations at Graham Packaging.
Keith has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute (Kettering University).
Mike joined Dart in August 2015 as Vice President-Engineering and Machinery Manufacturing and was named Executive Vice President-Engineering in 2016. He came to Dart after 25 years in the packaging industry, most recently with Owens-Illinois, where he focused on technical leadership in new product development, innovation, operations, manufacturing processes, facilities, automation and project management.
As EVP-Engineering, Mike is responsible for Dart's Engineering, Machinery & Tooling Manufacturing, Facilities and Corporate Quality Assurance functions.
Mike has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and master's degree in business administration, both from the University of Toledo.

Bob began his career at Dart in 1988 and has held many positions, including Sales Representative, Territory Sales Representative, District Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Administrative Sales Manager, Manager of Sales-Institutional Division and Director of Sales-Institutional Division. He was named VP of Sales-U.S. Foodservice Division in 2012, Senior VP-U.S. Sales in 2014, EVP-Sales in 2015, and EVP-Sales and Marketing in 2020.
As EVP-Sales and Marketing, Bob leads sales efforts for Dart's Foodservice, National Accounts, Consumer Products and International divisions, as well as Foodservice Market Research and Administrative Sales functions. He is based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office.
Bob has a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University.

Tom joined Dart in 1990 as a Product Analyst in the Marketing Management Department. Tom was named Marketing Management Department Manager in 1999, Vice President of Business Development in 2005, EVP-Business Development in 2012 and EVP-Commercial Operations in 2020.
As EVP-Commercial Operations, Tom is responsible for Dart's Product Line/Segment Business Teams, Commercial Finance, Marketing Management, Front-End Innovation, Canada Business Management and Consumer Products Marketing functions.
Tom graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State University.
