Beatriz Perez

Beatriz Perez joined Moore Rabinowitz Law following two decades at several of South Florida's finest and largest defense firms. During her career, she worked as a lead assistant to trial attorneys who defended prominent institutional clients. Ms. Perez has been an essential member of trial teams who have successfully obtained large defense verdicts in high-profile cases. Ms. Perez has a wealth of legal expertise based upon her vast experience in high-exposure litigation. Since joining Moore Rabinowitz Law, she has worked as a senior member of the firm's litigation and trial support team. Ms. Perez was designated the lead paralegal for Adam Rabinowitz. Ms. Perez's experience includes general civil and complex litigation, employment, medical malpractice, and professional liability. Beatriz entered the legal profession following her graduation from high school and she has devoted her entire career to cultivating a high level of proficiency in the legal field. As a paralegal, she is routinely relied upon to independently manage files, organize discovery, and co-ordinate communication between attorneys, the court, and clients. She is a South Florida native and a proud mother of two beautiful children. Away from work, her passions include spending time with her family, involvement in her local community, and baking.

Claudia R. Capriles

Claudia R. Capriles, Esq. is an attorney at Moore Rabinowitz Law, who has dedicated her legal career to the practice of marital and family law. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in December 2001 from the University of Miami in Criminology and Political Science, Claudia went on to attend St. Thomas University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in December 2004. Claudia has considerable knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, complex and high-asset divorce cases, time-sharing disputes, child support issues, parental relocation, alimony or spousal support issues, post-judgment modifications, paternity actions, and mediations. She has been listed as a Florida Rising Star by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010 and 2011 and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Marital and Family Law Mediator. Claudia is a proud mother of one child and one fur-baby - a beautiful Doberman named Bella. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family. Julie Heaney

Julie Heaney is the head paralegal for Moore Rabinowitz Law's growing family law department. Ms. Heaney was the law firm's first paralegal when Sheryl and Adam founded their law practice in 2018. Ms. Heaney assists with client communications, document management, and drafting correspondence and pleadings; she assists with all phases of family law litigation from client intake to file close-out. Julie is compassionate, empathic, dedicated, and enthusiastic. Julie has a reputation for being an extremely hard worker. Julie entered the legal field in 1989 and she brings a wealth of legal experience to Moore Rabinowitz Law. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and federal court proceedings. Julie earned her degree from the University of Phoenix, and she holds an associate degree in education. Julie is passionate about animals, especially marine life. Upon retirement, Julie and her family plan to move to the West Coast of Florida. She would like to volunteer at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and assist with protecting sea turtle nests. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, watching true crime shows, and strolling the beach.

Lisa Braverman

Our firm is unique and privileged for having our very own in-house forensic accountant, Lisa Braverman. Since 1994, Ms. Braverman has worked alongside great pillars of the forensic arena. She joined Moore Rabinowitz Law in 2021, after working remotely while traveling the United States in her motorhome since the beginning of 2020 during the COVID pandemic. Lisa Braverman has acquired the designations of Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Forensic Consultant. During her almost thirty years of experience, she has provided influential sworn testimonies on fee-related matters in family law litigation, worked on high profile and highly confidential cases, and has been qualified as an expert by providing testimony in Broward County Circuit Courts and Palm Beach Circuit Courts. Lisa's passion for fraud investigation and the law grew during the 1990's, when the need for experts specializing in fraud investigation and litigation exploded. Her impressive career evolved by working at several of the major firms in South Florida, in addition to having her own practice. Lisa is a native of South Florida. She was educated in Florida, and she raised her family locally as well. She is a passionate volunteer for charities that directly benefit disabled individuals. She loves dogs, physical fitness, music, spectator sports, and traveling.

Megan Mccall

Megan McCall, Esq. is an associate attorney at Moore Rabinowitz Law. Since graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, she has exclusively practiced in the area of marital and family law. She previously attended Florida State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree as a double major in criminology and political science with a minor in psychology. Megan has worked for well-known family lawyers and has settled in at Moore Rabinowitz Law as a key team member. Megan was raised in the Florida Panhandle. In her spare time she trains for and competes in physique shows. Megan has an adorable Yorkshire Terrier named Tesla, a.k.a. Tessie, who oftentimes comes to work with Megan. Rose Li

Rose Li is a paralegal at Moore Rabinowitz Law with over twenty years of experience. Ms. Li's professional experience is in medical malpractice insurance defense as well as family law. For over seven years, Ms. Li assisted as a team leader for a Partner/Trial Attorney at one of South Florida's largest defense firms. Ms. Li has been in the legal field since 1999, and she received her paralegal certificate from the University of Miami paralegal program in 2016. Her skills include adeptly navigating the management of client deadlines, scheduling depositions and hearings, facilitating communication between parties, and filing documents in state court. Rose is originally from South Florida. She is an avid dog lover and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
