Born in Toronto, Ontario Canada, Robert Doliszny graduated from Humber College and the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and business administration. He then secured his Canadian Level 7 Securities Course and retained a position on Bay Street (Toronto's Wall St) for TD Bank in the mutual funds division. In 1994, Robert left the finance industry and transitioned into a career in sales and marketing when he accepted a position with Compaq Computers to grow both Ontario provincial and Canadian national sales for the company. In 1996, he married Kristina Doliszny when his sales and marketing career landed him with a US Federal government account sales position with All-Pak in Pittsburgh PA, and later a sales and marketing position with Pfizer Inc. in Fairfield, Connecticut. During his tenure with Pfizer, Robert managed a multi- million product portfolio; specialized in the sales of surgical and critical care medication; coordinated and participated in numerous preceptorship programs at Yale University; and launched several multi-billion dollar company products. Throughout the 1990's, a series of corporate promotions, Pfizer relocations, and corporate travels sent both Robert and Kristina to various places around the country and throughout Europe. His experience in various national and international styles of business practices gave him a global perspective in innovative marketing and rapid growth sales strategies across several corporate industries. In 2001, shortly after their first son Michael was born, both Robert and his wife decided to transition away from the fast paced corporate life of New York. They decided to move to Ocean City, NJ in order to raise their family. And it is here, in "America's Greatest Family Resort" that they began their entrepreneurial pursuit of their true passion: small business and luxury brand development and opportunities in the Ocean City and South Jersey real estate markets. After they purchased the old "Croft Hall Hotel" from Kristina's parents at 6 th & Atlantic Ave, the Dolisznys successfully developed, built, designed, branded, marketed, and operated what was to become the #1 Luxury Inn on the East Coast and the #1 Place to Stay in Ocean City NJ: the Atlantis Inn Luxury B&B. Known for its European-style upscale elegance and chic sophistication, the Atlantis Inn Luxury B&B quickly established itself as a prized jewel landmark of Ocean City NJ and a top luxury getaway destination in New Jersey. During the Doliszny's tenure of Atlantis Inn operation and ownership, the property and business was the recipient of numerous noteworthy awards including Philadelphia magazine‘ s BEST OF THE SHORE; Jetsetter Magazine's ‘Top Luxury Destination"; Travel Host magazine's "One of the Best Vacation Getaway Destinations in America: Four of Four Stars!"; the Main Line Times's Jewel of Ocean City / Reader's Choice Award; the Atlantic City Press's GOLD RIBBON /Best of the Press Award; Washingtonian magazine's "Best Dream Weekend Splurge Award"; and featured on the Travel Channe l as one of NJ's Top Luxury Inns. Their entrepreneurial career transition was also featured in Kristina's amla mater's Villanova University Alumni magazine On May 16, 2013, the Dolisznys made a team jump from Prudential to Keller Williams Realty-Jersey Shore market center, where Robert still maintains his position as Group President of the Ocean City Real Estate Group, and also Team Leader of the Keller Williams South Jersey Realty Team Robert owes much of his success to his keen ability to listen; understand and serve his clients' needs; and exceed clients' highest expectations. This has directly resulted in his impressive loyal base following of networked clients, both nationally and internationally.
