Chan joined the Group in 2001 and is involved in design and preparation of upgrading proposals for government buildings, co-ordination and supervision of different kinds of government projects, society improvement schemes and public utility companies out-sourced consultancy contracts, including all aspects of inspection and identification of Unauthorized Building Works (e.g. BUC, COURSE) and Testing Services for Water Seepage Investigation contracts from Buildings Department, various home/building renovation loan and grant schemes from Hong Kong Housing Society, different scales of measurement projects and comprehensive building surveying consultancy services from Urban Renewal Authority, and extensive condition survey projects with MTRC.
He is also experienced in managing and supervising renovation projects, fire safety improvement works and alterations and additions works.
× Edwin, KAN Man Wong Director & Head of Global Business Being the Director & Head of Global Business of Prudential Surveyors (Hong Kong) Limited, one of subsidiary of the Group for professional valuation business, Edwin possesses more than 30 years of experience in property development and property valuation for all types of properties in Hong Kong, Macau and major cities of Mainland China. Additionally, Edwin is experienced in performing valuations for different stages of land development projects and redevelopment projects. With his wide business connections, Edwin continually establishes and captures new business opportunities, not limited to international and local banks and financial intuitions. Edwin had worked for a large listed property developer which allowed him to be exposed to the property markets and gained valuable experience.
Lam joined the Group in 1992. He is our Head of Real Estate Valuation and Director of Prudential Surveyors (Hong Kong Limited). Lam is currently in charge of our valuation business team. He is responsible for managing an efficient operation that can cater to mounting business volume and increasing customer requirements.
Lam has over 20 years experience in all aspects of estate surveying and servicing the various needs of clients, including valuation for mortgage,investment,accounting,estate duty,stamp duty,rating,feasibility study,premium negotiation and land application. He also possesses solid knowledge and experience in handling land matters and land administration.
Tim is our Project Director, specializing in project management, with major responsibilities in handling large-scale and high-end projects. Tim has expertise in project planning and design, preparation for statutory submissions, cost budgeting, and contract procurement and contract administration. He has solid professional knowledge in property development and redevelopment.
Tim joined our team in 1995. With his extensive professional skills and solid hands-on experiences, he is driving our professional team in various types of projects including development, alterations and additions, building maintenance as well as fire safety improvement works, licensing consultancy and condition surveying.
× Simon, LIU Chung Hing General Manager (Professional Valuation) BACKGROUND ex-Head of HSBC Property Valuation Department ex-Director of Business Development in Gammon Construction ex-Director of China Valuation in Savills Simon possessed more than 35 years' post-qualified real estate related experience in Hong Kong, Mainland China and South-Asia countries. He has extensive practices in appraisal, market study, financial analysis, corporate services (tenant representation), asset management, project management, and real estate investment consulting. Simon had in charge of many significant appraisal assignments and successful acquisition projects, he built up good relationship with clients from different aspects, including bankers, investors, fund managers and management of multinational corporation.
× Cipriani, MA Hong Lok Project Manager (Building Surveying) Cipriani possesses more than 10 years' experience in project management, alteration and addition works and building surveying consultancy and property redevelopment. He is one of our team leader for some large-scale projects in both public sector and private sector.
Mr. Rex Wong has more than 20 years of experience in the field of finance and fintech. He has attained the professional qualifications of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) ,Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is an accomplished financial professional with fintech advocacy and execution capability in financial optimization, capital market, investment, token economy, corporate restructuring, strategy, leadership, fintech, blockchain, smart city and corporate training.
With solid experience in assisting listed companies dealing with numerous investment projects and mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Wong holds directors and senior management positions in the following companies:

× Albert, PANG Chick Hung Associate Director (Real Estate Valuation) Albert has more than 15 years working experience in property valuation and he monitors the preparation of valuation reports for property mortgages, financial statements, compulsory acquisition and resumption, accounting, litigation, stamp duty, rental and site value assessment purposes. He is also experienced in sales and letting, land advisory, property development and project management. He has previously worked for a listed property developer, China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd, for 7 years and gained extensive experience in conducting land acquisition, market research, budget estimation, cash flow and feasibility studies, presale consent applications and organization of sales campaigns.
× Winson, POON Yiu Wai General Manager of Building Surveying & Project Director Since 2004, Winson has been handling comprehensive renovation, alterations and additions, building safety condition surveys, new development projects, and government and building surveying consultancy projects. He possesses more than 10 years experience in managing and advising various kinds of project proposals for the public and private sectors, maintenance work and also contract administration issues and numerous renovation projects of large scale private developments and high-end properties. Before joining us, Winson gained extensive knowledge in related industry regulations from his previous job in the Housing Department for 5 years, which enriched his background and capability to handle different kinds of projects effectively.
× David, SO Ting Hong Head of Structural Engineering David is our head of structural team in surveying business. He is a registered professional engineer with over 9 years of solid experience in handling various large-scale projects.

Mr. Frank Wong is a multi-disciplinary professional in development industry specializing in cross-disciplinary project management and town planning.
Throughout his career, he has been accumulating a variety of project management experience and skills on cultural district planning & development, new town planning & development and design and implementation of sustainable greening framework from both public and private sectors.
His town planning and real estate experience includes planning studies and research, statutory planning, public engagement, development consultancy, urban design & master planning, strategic planning, cross-boundary facilities planning, real estate feasibility study and preliminary valuation etc.
× Eric, WONG Man Ping Project Director Eric joined the Group in 2002, and is mainly responsible for the design and related statutory submission of telecom facilities; he has demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and expertise in contracts administration and providing unique and tailor-made services for major mobile operators. Having over 10 years experience, Eric supervises new development projects, project management, administration of building contracts, alterations and additions works and renovation projects. Besides, he also handles the preparation of assignment plans, calculations for gross floor area and saleable floor area, preparation of condition survey reports, preparation of building plans, and inspection and supervision of building works.
