Formation of the training center is inextricably intertwined with the airport developmental history in the city of Mineralnye Vody. ATC was founded on the 17 th of September 1990 as Mineralnye Vody airport structural subdivision for enterprise aeronautical personnel training: pilots, flight attendants, ground trades personnel. More than 24 thousand students received training in its years in existence.
