Brad Peppard - CFO

Brad serves as a consulting CFO for Ravix Group and has over 30 years of financial and senior management experience with a broad range of organizations from startups to multi-billion dollar global companies. He has served as CFO of companies in the Software, SAAS, Grocery, and Entertainment industries. Brad's expertise includes guiding organizations through strategic planning, equity financing, IPO, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, contract negotiations, new product launches, and accounting system implementations. He has also planned and directed the establishment of international operations. Prior to joining Ravix Group, Brad was EVP and CFO of Rainmaker Systems where he provided key strategic support to transitioning the company from a global services company with operations on three continents to a SAAS company. This effort included delicate negotiations with banks and debt holders, negotiated reductions in amounts owed, and raising a new round of risk capital. Prior to that Brad held various senior executive positions including, Treasurer (CFO) for Trader Joe's; Controller for CBS/Fox Studios (the old Republic Studios, the largest studio in Hollywood); President of Monogram Software; Chairman & CEO Guardian Software; President of CinemaScore Online; President of Softmail Corporation; and Director of Systems Development for CBS TV. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Brad has taught at the post graduate level for the University of California and California State University systems, and was for some years a visiting professor at HEC (Paris, France). Brad is also a graduate of UCLA Film School and has written half a dozen screenplays, two of which have won a small number of domestic and international awards.

Cassie serves as a Technical Accounting Director for Ravix Group. Cassie's skills include developing accounting teams, leading Oracel and SAP ERP system conversion, managing US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting and audits. Greg Overholtzer

Greg is a member of the accounting practice for Ravix Group. Greg has over 30 years of senior level experience in accounting and finance as a Director, Controller, VP Finance, or CFO. He has worked with numerous public companies and private companies of various sizes from their inception to IPO. Greg works with clients in the technology sector, the medical device industry, the biopharmaceutical realm, the energy industry, telecommunications, electronics and manufacturing His areas of expertise include GAAP financial statement and footnote preparation, accounting for stock-based compensation expense, financial analysis, warrant valuation and accounting, SEC reporting, audit preparation, managing monthly financial closes/reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting and planning. Prior to joining Ravix, Greg worked as a financial executive with mid-size and larger public companies (up to $5 billion in revenue) as well as various private companies. Greg graduated from Uc Berkeley with a pre-med Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology, and subsequently graduated from the Haas School of Business at Berkely with an MBA. Greg has five children and has been very involved with them as a spectator and a coach as they participated in many different sports. In his free time, Greg enjoys jogging, swimming, attending sporting events, and volunteering his time for UC Berkeley alumni events.

John Wenman

John has over 20 years of experience, working in accounting and finance functions with companies in diverse industries including software, internet, biotech and cleantech, in a variety of stages from pre-Series A startups to Fortune 500 companies. John's skills include strategic, operational and financial planning, including modeling, budgeting and forecasting, and cost analysis, SEC reporting, including S-1 and due diligence support, implementing financial systems, technical accounting, and operations management and process improvement. Prior to joining Ravix, John was a partner at Azzurri Finance, an accounting and finance services firm, during which time he served in a variety of capacities for clients including Twitter, Atrenta, Crescendo Bioscience, and NASA. John began his career at Ernst & Young LLP (now EY) and has held Controller positions at companies in industries including ISP, online virtual worlds, and cleantech. John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive). In his spare time, John enjoys following dozens of European soccer leagues, both large and small.

Kathie Lee - CEO, CFO

Kathie has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience with internet, semiconductor, hardware and non-profit companies ranging in size from startup to publicly held. Her skills include strategic planning, financial modeling, financial planning, reporting and analysis, cost analysis, and operations management. Kathie has a deep operational background with a continuous mindset toward process improvement, which augments her financial analysis and planning capabilities. Prior to joining Ravix, Kathie's served as VP Finance & Administration for Neato Robotics (consumer products); Program Director and Director of Finance with eBay where she launched their Six Sigma program; and as Product Line Controller and Director of Finance at Agilent Technologies supporting technology and manufacturing operations. Kathie started her career with Hewlett Packard in a wide range of financial analyst and accounting roles. Kathie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kwang Lee

Kwang has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of finance, accounting and administrative activities in biotech, internet services, technology, and real estate companies ranging in size from startups to public enterprises. Kwang's expertise includes strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, contingency planning, ad hoc modeling, taking companies public, SEC reporting, cost accounting, implementing financial systems, financial reporting and accounting for technical issues. Prior to joining Ravix, Kwang served as Vice President of Finance with Galena Biopharma, Inc.; Sr. Director of Finance / Corporate Controller with Bayhill Therapeutics, Inc.; and in several other finance and accounting management positions for public and private companies in the life sciences and technology industries. He also served as an Assistant Controller with homebuilder Citation Homes after starting his career with a Fortune 500 food and manufacturing company as an analyst. Kwang earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with an Accounting concentration from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Kwang is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Kwang started working at the age of 14 selling the most perfectly round scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream. He spends his free time following baseball, traveling to see the Yankees play, or acquiring items for his sports card collection.

Lee Ann Shell

Lee Ann heads up the technical accounting practice for Ravix Group with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance. She has worked with numerous public and private companies from their inception to IPO. Lee Ann's experience has provided many opportunities to conquer technical accounting challenges as she works with clients in the technology sector, the medical device industry or the biopharmaceutical realm. Her areas of expertise include GAAP financial statement and footnote preparation, accounting for stock compensation expense, accounting for income taxes, financial analysis, warrant valuation and accounting, SEC reporting, audit preparation and M&A transaction analysis. Prior to joining Ravix, Lee Ann worked as a Senior Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen. Her clients over this 15+ year period included multi-billion dollar mortgage loan originators, multi-million dollar financial institutions, and emerging development stage businesses. Lee Ann graduated from Hendrix College in Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business. Lee Ann is a Certified Public Accountant (Arkansas, inactive).

Leslie Crouch

Leslie joined Ravix Group in 2014 having worked with a wide variety of Silicon Valley companies in numerous industries including life sciences, hardware/software, SaaS, and professional services, with companies ranging in size from just one to more than 30,000 employees. A seasoned generalist with more than 25 years of hands-on Human Resources experience, Leslie's expertise includes regulatory compliance, benefits administration, payroll, compensation, performance management, employee relations, worker classification and staffing. Her particular experience with start-ups is most appreciated by Ravix' earliest stage clients who rely on team members who can wear multiple hats and understand the importance of cost effective solutions. In addition to serving her clients, Leslie is responsible for business development, overseeing assignment of Ravix' HR Consulting team members to clients, and advising Ravix with regard to the firm's own HR operations. Leslie completed her studies in Journalism at Chico State, earned a certificate in HR Management from UCSC Extension, and holds both SPHR as well as SHRM-SCP certifications. Prior to joining Ravix Group, Leslie developed her career in companies including Seagate Technology and KPMG, as well as a number of entrepreneurial start-ups in the life science and SaaS sectors.

Michael Cronin

Michael leads the Advisory Services practice of Ravix Group. He has been handling the wind-down and liquidation of Silicon Valley companies for the last 18 years. Prior to joining Ravix Group, Michael spent 17 years with Diablo Management Group, Inc., where as a Senior Consultant, he managed orderly wind-downs, liquidations, and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors (ABCs). Additionally, Michael has served as Bankruptcy Plan Agent and Finance Manager for distressed companies and deal-related escrow accounts. His industry experience is broad and diverse, from high-tech manufacturers, online service-providers, and software companies to event-planning start-ups and grocery chains. Michael is forthright and works with all deal constituencies, whether investors, shareholders, creditors or ex-employees with a consistently high degree respect and concern. Michael's ability to address both big-picture issues as well as a deal's fine details serve him well in addressing the needs of the Silicon Valley's varied start-ups. Michael graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics. He began his professional career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he spent four years designing and implementing management information systems for a diverse client base of Fortune 500 Companies.

Mitchell Guzik

Mitchell Guzik brings some 35 years of experience in management and transaction experience, ranging from engineering management roles to CEO, and COO roles of companies doing business across the Americas and Europe. Mitchell Guzik brings some 35 years of experience in management and transaction experience, ranging from engineering management roles to CEO, and COO roles of companies doing business across the Americas and Europe. As an operational expert in manufacturing, with a deep understanding of cost of goods sold, and restructuring, his foundational skills are industry agnostic, facilitating his success in adding value in many varied industries in restructuring, workouts, turnarounds, and winddowns. I have closed many facilities and returned the properties to the landlords in an acceptable condition. He also served as the interim COO of an industrial auction company and has 25 years of industrial and retail auction experience as the seller and buyer of assets sold at auction. Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College along with an Associate of Arts degree. He thrives in fast-paced, complex, environments where he leverages expertise in distressed finance and operations.

Timi Okah - CEO, President

Timi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ravix Group. He oversees all administrative, business development, and marketing efforts at the firm. Timi joined Ravix Group following our acquistion by Kingsway Financial Services (NYSE:KFS). Prior to Ravix Group, Timi was the first Operator-in-Residence in Kingsway's CEO Accelerator Program, where he was responsible for leading the acquistion of Ravix Group. Before Kingsway, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on go-to-market, strategy, and operations. Earlier in his career, Timi worked as a Software Engineer at Salesforce where he developed the second-generation sandbox copy engine, and as an Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation where he worked on designing an integrated voltage regulator for the Skylake Server CPU. Timi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in Electrical Engineering, from Stanford University. He earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the NBA, programming, and reading business biographies.
