Ellis Hill

Michelle has worked in the communications industry for over 12 years with some of the UK's major voice, data and mobile carriers and suppliers. As Head of Customer Services she leads the team ensuring they maintain the highest levels of customer service. Michelle is a member of the Ipswich Four Trampoline Club and enjoys socialising with friends and family.

Jermaine Clarke

Matt is an expert in hosted, mobile and connectivity solutions. As Head of Sales he looks after pricing, propositions, customer acquisition and retention along with pre and post sales implementation and management. Outside of work he enjoys being with the family and loves his sport counting motorsports, golf and NFL as his favourites. He's also an avid gardener.

Ellis has over 20 yrs' experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure. He founded BlueCube Networks which was acquired by Calteq in 2019. As Head of Engineering at Calteq, Ellis is focused on growing the division and forging strong client relationships. Ellis is a dad of three with an intermittent love of running and a lifelong passion for DIY.

Michelle Bassett

Outside of the current restrictions Michelle is based out of our Ipswich office. She joined Calteq in November 2018 and became Head of Customer Services in July 2020. Michelle is responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff and ensuring they maintain the highest levels of customer service possible. Her role spans the entire range of Calteq solutions. Michelle has worked in the communications industry for the past 12 years with many of the UK's major carriers and suppliers for voice, data and mobiles. She has gained a wide knowledge of telecom solutions. A typical day for Michelle comrprises a wide and varied schedule. It starts with her regular morning ritual - of a good old cup of tea, checking emails, schedules for meetings and seeing what the day has in store.
