India Whelan

India has joined Pendle Hill Properties as an Apprentice, ensuring that she will get a well-rounded training of all aspects of the business while pursuing her passion for property. She will be helping and supporting the team and customers.

Nicki Wilkinson

Job Titles:

Nicki works on the sales side of the business, and fits into the team at Pendle Hill Properties by taking responsibility for viewings, pushing sales over the line, getting valuations, taking offers and negotiating the way through the sales process, and helping vendors find their next property. Nicki is mainly based in the Longridge office.

Sophia Turner

Job Titles:

The youngest Turner sibling, Sophia is the key person who will onboard clients and properties, and her focus is on getting the listings correct and looking perfect. This role isn't one that's employed by most estate agents, and does give Pendle Hill Properties that professional edge when listing properties, alongside professional photography and excellent marketing.

Thomas Turner - VP of Sales

An drew's son, Thomas is Sales Director for Pendle Hill Properties. He's been working in the property and sales fields for over 10 years, and looks after all aspects of the sales process, ensuring that they provide accurate valuations, which is a key part of the Pendle Hill Properties offer. This means that all vendors can achieve the best price possible for their property. Thomas also strives to provide the best possible service from Pendle Hill Properties.

Toby Burrows

Job Titles:

Toby has taken on and developed the whole lettings side of the business, with this focus and hard work result ing in a 40% increase in turnover on this side. He manages all aspects of tenancies, whether finding high quality tenants which is key to things running smoothly; managing viewings, gaining new custom for management services, or inspecting properties and making sure landlords are satisfied, and compliant with all regulations.
