Bradley Thompson - Managing Director

Bradley Thompson leads internal and external project teams through entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up phases of luxury multifamily developments in the Mid-Atlantic market. Bradley joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living as a senior project manager leading day-to-day project execution and is now responsible for managing divisional processes, overseeing due diligence efforts, project finances, and execution strategies of multiple projects and regions. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2019, Bradley worked for Jersey City, New Jersey-based Roseland Residential Trust as Director of Development for their Philadelphia portfolio. In addition, Bradley spent 11 years with Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based LCOR, Inc. developing high-rise residential and commercial properties in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC markets. Formerly, Brad also worked for Turner Construction Company in various roles on commercial projects in the Washington, DC, and Boston, Massachusetts markets. Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he also minored in Psychology, an MBA from George Mason University with a concentration in Finance, and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.

Bryan Oos

Bryan Oos serves as Toll Brothers Apartment Living's Regional Director of Acquisitions and Development for the Northeast region, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. His duties include leading the sourcing, entitlement, and overall development of tailored residential and mixed-use communities in this region that cater to the needs of local residents. Prior to this role, he managed the company's development activity for the Mid-Atlantic region, and during his career, he has been involved in the entitlement, development, and construction of more than 5,000 multifamily homes. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2011, Bryan was Vice President of Development at Michaels Development Company, where he worked on the redevelopment of public housing into mixed-income communities. Prior to Michaels, he was a Director of Development at Forest City Residential, where he worked on mixed-use redevelopment projects in the New York and Boston metropolitan areas with a focus on public and private financing structures. Doug Smythe

Doug Smythe is responsible for the acquisition of Campus Living development sites across the U.S. Doug has been responsible for various aspects of the land acquisition, underwriting, and approvals for six projects built or in the pipeline, including projects at Penn State, Arizona State, Florida International University, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, and the University of Central Florida, totaling more than 1,500 units with nearly 5,000 beds. Doug joined Toll Brothers Campus Living in 2017 after completing his MBA at the NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Legal Studies from Williams College.

Dustin Kinney - Managing Director

Dustin Kinney has worked in several development roles since joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014 and is now responsible for leading development teams in several geographic markets and across different asset types. He also supports the organizational growth and execution goals of the division through the discovery and implementation of strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Dustin worked for Arlington, VA-based developer/contractor Clark Builders Group (now CBG Building Company). He held various positions within CBG and managed numerous product types from urban mixed-use mid-rises to suburban garden walk-up apartments and military housing developments. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Penn State. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Ed Zoller - Managing Director

Ed Zoller works with all regional teams to facilitate the relationship between the general contractors, architects, third-party consultants, and site contractors. His responsibility is to ensure Toll Brothers Apartment Living's products are built according to plans, specifications, and Toll Brothers Apartment Living standards. In addition, Ed works with the property management and maintenance teams of established communities. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014, Ed worked for The Klein Company as a Project Manager and Pulte Homes as an Area Construction Manager. Ed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Central Florida. In addition, Ed spent two years in the Industrial Construction Management program at Colorado State University.

Eric Cohen - Managing Director

Eric Cohen leads internal and external project teams through all phases of development including planning, entitlement, permitting, design, construction, and lease-up phases of upscale multifamily and mixed-use developments in the Northeastern markets. Eric joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2013 as an assistant project manager and is now responsible for the management of divisional processes, oversight of due diligence efforts, project finances, and execution strategies of multiple projects and regions. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Eric worked at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as an electronics engineer where he was primarily responsible for the research and design of satellite communication systems and payloads. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from Rutgers University

Erin Reisinger - Managing Director

Erin Reisinger leads internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up phases of upscale multifamily developments in the Mid-Atlantic region. Before joining the Toll Brothers Apartment Living team, Erin worked with Toll Brothers City Living overseeing the design and construction of Apartment Living's high-rise projects in the Washington, DC area, as well as luxury apartments in Boston and student housing in Miami. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2012, Erin was a senior-level structural engineer with GACE Consulting in New York City. During nine years as a licensed Professional Engineer at GACE, she led a team of engineers in the design of high-rise buildings, employing both concrete and steel structural systems. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Columbia University.

Jane Ashwood

Jane Ashwood is responsible for the property management of stabilized, lease-up, and planned communities for Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Jane brings more than 20 years of multifamily property management experience to her role. Previously, she served as Director of Property Operations. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2015, Jane served in various property management roles with Morgan Properties for 11 years. She holds her Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Real Estate Management (ARM) designations through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Jane also holds her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the NAA (National Apartment Association). She was awarded the NAA Paragon Award honoring her as the National CAM Designate of the year. Jane is also an Advanced Instructor Training (AIT) certified instructor with the NAA, with an additional certification to teach continuing education classes for real estate professionals, where she has facilitated classes for apartment associations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Prior to entering the multifamily property management industry, she was with GE Capital where she earned her Six Sigma Certification. Jane attended Brookhaven College in Dallas, Texas, and Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania with focused studies in Business Management.

John McCullough - President

John McCullough is President of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. His responsibilities and expertise include deal structuring and negotiations, operations of sales, leasing, and property management, construction management, debt and equity financing, and obtaining entitlements and approvals. Prior to joining the Apartment Living division in 2012, John spent seven years with Toll Brothers City Living in New York and was instrumental in the success of this new brand. With City Living, John was responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple mixed-use, multi-phase condo developments including more than 700 residential units with a market value of more than $500 million, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and an operating budget of more than $400 million. His role included oversight of all site and vertical construction, marketing, sales, management of the homeowners' association, and ongoing property management. John earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Boston University.

Joshua Rubinich - CEO

Joshua Rubinich is a senior executive leader responsible for the national development and construction operations of Toll Brothers Apartment Living, where his responsibilities span feasibility and due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, pre-construction, capitalization, construction management, cost and financial management, and property operations to ensure a disciplined approach toward successful execution at both the project and organizational levels. He leads and supports cross-functional team members and stakeholders in navigating the complete lifecycle of development projects using a strategic, analytical, process-oriented, organized, stable, and disciplined-yet flexible-methodology to lead and execute business plan strategy, goals, and objectives with passion and urgency resulting in timely, reliable, measurable, and profitable results. He is a champion for evolving, maturing, and refining the organization to create a positive culture with a growth mindset for team members throughout the organization. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2012, Joshua was a senior manager with O'Neill Properties Group, a developer based in King of Prussia, PA, where he was responsible for complete project management and oversight of all aspects of various commercial and multifamily assets and development projects. Previously, Joshua was a staff and senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP, auditing various real estate and professional services companies. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management concentrated in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College.

Matt LeBlanc

Matt LeBlanc oversees all aspects of asset management and strategic finance for Toll Brothers Apartment Living and its growing national portfolio. These responsibilities include setting and executing on asset strategy, recapitalizations and dispositions, market research, portfolio reporting, financial analysis and underwriting review, and divisional business planning. Since joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014, Matt has held positions throughout the development lifecycle including land acquisitions and capital markets, directed the creation and implementation of many business improvement and technology initiatives, and led the recapitalization or disposition of projects with a cumulative value of $1.5 Billion. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard Keyser

Richard Keyser joined Toll Brothers in 1998 and oversees its venture into student housing development within Toll Brothers Campus Living. He is responsible for sourcing student housing opportunities, steering those opportunities through municipal approval, and managing the development process. Prior to his responsibilities with Toll Brothers Campus Living, he was responsible for the development and management of Toll Brothers' retail and office portfolio. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, an MBA from American University, and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics.

Russell Rochestie - CEO

Russell Rochestie is responsible for overseeing the capital markets and financing of all Toll Brothers Apartment Living communities from acquisition to disposition. Russell is also involved in setting the strategy and the financial operation of the division. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2018, Russell worked in the Toll Brothers corporate finance department beginning in 2002, where he was involved in the capital markets and investor relations activities of the company. Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Emory University.

Scott Osborne

Scott Osborne is a seasoned real estate controller with more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, strategic planning, technology integration, and budgeting. Scott oversees all accounting activities from acquisition to property operations at Toll Brothers Apartment Living since 2016, and he's currently responsible for the fiscal management of over $4 billion under construction. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Scott oversaw the accounting for several other business units within Toll Brothers that included homebuilding, NYC high-rise projects, joint ventures, Design Centers, and manufacturing. His past work experience includes leading a turnaround initiative for another property management company. In addition, he has extensive experience supervising contract negotiations, analyzing business conditions, streamlining payroll processing, developing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiencies, and managing cash flow. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Todd Bowden - Managing Director

Todd Bowden is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new multifamily development opportunities in the Denver and Phoenix markets. Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2018, Todd worked as a development partner for JPI Companies, where he originated and executed multifamily development opportunities in Arizona and Southern California. His responsibilities included site sourcing, contract negotiation, capitalization, project design, entitlements, asset management, and dispositions. Previously, Todd worked as Division President for Meritage Homes in Phoenix, where he developed both attached and detached for-sale housing. He has also worked as a consultant in the residential development industry. Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

Tommy Rhodus - Managing Director

Tommy Rhodus leads Toll Brothers Apartment Living's Texas business, based out of Dallas. Tommy is responsible for all regional land acquisition and business operations. Tommy oversees regional development and property management activities with support from a strong team of development, construction, marketing, and finance professionals. During his career, Tommy has been involved in the entitlement, development, and construction of over 4,000 apartments. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2016, Tommy served as Managing Director with Cambridge Holdings, where he established and led a new multifamily and residential platform known as oneC1TY Living. His responsibilities included the development of the overall strategy and execution for the platform including design, construction, management, and financing initiatives for new apartment communities. Previously, Tommy served as Managing Director at Mill Creek Residential, where he led new development in the Austin and North Texas markets. He also served in various roles with Mill Creek's predecessor company, Trammell Crow Residential. Tommy holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from Tulane University, is a registered architect in the State of Texas, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Will Adams

Will Adams leads Toll Brothers Apartment Living's New England region. He is responsible for all regional land acquisition and business operations, overseeing regional development and property management activities with support from a dedicated team of development, construction, and finance professionals. Will brings more than 30 years multifamily and development. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2023, he has served as a principal in several smaller development firms with roles and responsibilities incorporating all facets of the investment and development lifecycle, from site selection and entitlements to construction execution, lease-up, stabilization, and exit strategies. Most recently, Will was Partner at JW Capital Partners, Director of Acquisitions at Cathartes Private Investments, and Partner at Republic Properties. Will holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Lehigh University and a master's degree in real estate development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Zachary Adler

Zachary Adler leads Toll Brothers Apartment Living's southeast region based in Atlanta. He is responsible for all regional land acquisition and business operations, overseeing development and property management activities with support from a dedicated team of development, construction, and finance professionals. Zach brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management to the team. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2023, Zach founded the development consulting firm, Water Wheel Capital, which became a member of the Transwestern family of companies, where he worked with a diverse roster of clients including the Westside Future Fund, KNGDM Group, Continuum Partners, and Continental Development. Prior to forming Water Wheel, Zach was the Director of Transactions for The Durst Organization, where he was actively involved in the development of One World Trade Center in NYC, as well as the firm's entrance into the multi-family asset class, where he helped acquire land entitled for more than 5,000 housing units. Earlier in his career, he helped create GTIS Partners' asset management platform in both the United States and Brazil.
