Austnam is a joint stock company with 2 main shareholders : One is Australian (Vietnam Industrial Investment Limited -VII, owner of Vinausteel and SSE steel) and other is Vietnamese (Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - UDIC). WPC was first manufactured in the 80s of last Century with main applications in car interiors or indoor decorations. At that time, there only Indoor PVC based WPC.
