Ben Westra is founder of JCW Development and affiliate company WDS Construction. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction and development with a portfolio that includes industrial, cold storage, medical, retail, and life sciences projects. Ben is a fourth-generation contractor, and keenly focused on building better communities, leading him to launch WDS Works, a philanthropic company dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations improve the lives of those they serve.
Because of his commitment to both his community and his profession, Ben has been active in myriad organizations including:

For more than 30 years, Jeff Tarris has been engaged with the construction industry, leading inte grated development projects for medical, retail, hospitality, and multi-family clients. His experience encompasses projects of all sizes, constructed coast-to-coast. Prior to joining JCW, Jeff was vice president of construction and development for a national retailer as well as project manager for a global company.
Matt Krogram is a real estate development professional with a background in construction, financing, and creative deal structuring. His experience includes time with a global financial services company as well as a sole proprietor, helping guide multimillion dollar projects from inception into feasibility and refinement, through contract negotiation and construction to completion and final occupancy.
