Amy Uzzilia

Originally from Cairo, NY, Amy went to College in Albany and then moved to the Hudson Valley in 2005 after graduating. She received her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, concentrating in Printmaking. She uses her artistic skills to design tattoos and make crafty homemade gifts for friends and family. She enjoys taking photographs and making drawings and paintings, all of animals, nature and scenic views. Her love for the outdoors has led her to find over 3,000 four leaf clovers. She has worked with customers for over 15 years, from art galleries to embroidered patch companies. She also works as a receptionist and bookkeeper at an auto repair shop she shares with her fiance nearby in Hurley.

Olive Fadda

Olive has officially joined the Sanzi Team having worked as an outside consultant for them for a year and a half. She left her job at Rockefeller University in New York City to join her husband in his accounting practice in Kingston over 16 years ago, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge beyond crunching numbers. She has also worked in PR, has been a freelance book editor and is familiar with real estate from a variety of perspectives. When she is not in Argentina or Ireland visiting family with her husband, Olive enjoys gardening, decorating, re-purposing old furniture, and embodying the principle of "Anam Cara" (soul friend) to many in her community. She considers Kingston home, in spite of her traveling feet, and is committed to the sustained upliftment of the neighborhood.

Susan Evans

Originally from The Bronx, Susan is a wife and mother of 3 boys. While living in The Bronx, Susan worked for politicians for 11 years and then when her eldest son was ready to start school, she and her husband decided to move to the property her family has owned since the 1950's in Dutchess County. After staying home with her kids for quite some time, Susan went to work for a construction firm and discovered her passion for working with numbers. Unfortunately, in 2008, the construction firm closed, and she found work at Bard College for the Controller, where she continued her growth and knowledge of financial work. She then when to work at Ferncliff Nursing Home in the Accounts Receivable Department and is now with Sanzi Associates performing Accounts Payable and Administrative Support duties.
