Scottsdale Best Appliance Repair was founded by Pamela Townsend in 1998. A graduate of Baystate School of Technology I hold certificates in Major Appliance and Refrigeration Repair. I also hold a Universal Refrigerant Recovery License and an ASE Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
