• Managing Director and Head of R & D at GO

Chris is Managing Director and Head of R&D at GO. He is Lead for our Sourcing and Strategy service lines, applying long experience and thought leadership into developing our proposition for clients. Chris is a founder Director of GO, setting up the company in 1997 with his prior industry and systems experience. He has developed the services to adapt to changing markets which seems to have been a constant theme for the last 20 years. Chris has specialised in Pensions Administration, Admin Systems and Processes since leaving school Like many he got into pensions work by chance but has enjoyed it in various roles throughout his career and has delivered many projects to an array of major pension schemes. Outside of work, Chris is a keen bell ringer and recently led the Bristol team to runners up in the South West England 12-bell competition. Chris also enjoys sailing and has a dinghy which he sails in his local Floating Harbour in Bristol.

Susan is a Director and Head of our Projects and Change services for clients. Susan delivers a range of client services from Sourcing through to Implementation. Her specialities are leading and managing large, complex, projects where multiple workstreams across multiple organisations work together to deliver. She is comfortable managing working groups as well as senior steering boards focussed on the bigger picture. Susan has managed and provided quality assurance across many administration migrations and enjoys working with large and small pension scheme clients. Susan is a Fellow member of the Pensions Management Institute as well as being qualified in the Prince2 project management methodology. Before joining Go Pensions in 2002, she was Pensions Manager for a major accounting firm. Prior to that, Susan worked for a global investment bank looking after both UK and offshore in-house pension arrangements. Outside of work, Susan enjoys pottery and Pilates, in South East London, although not at the same time!

Tina is a Director and heads up our work on the Master Trust market. Before joining GO, Tina worked in a number of pensions and benefits management roles, most recently for a large natural resources organisation where she oversaw pensions, benefits and compensation for Europe, Australia and Asia. With 20 years pensions experience, Tina's specialties lie in managing large pensions and benefits projects and in simplifying processes to bring about efficiencies. She has managed a wide variety of change projects across the whole spectrum of Reward in the organisations that she has worked for. Outside of work Tina enjoys yoga, keeping fit and travelling and is keen to travel more in Europe, having spent 5 years living and working in Australia.
