André Kuhn is an attorney at law and a certified specialist for criminal law who for the last 15 years has acted in the consultancy and litigation fields in criminal law and criminal proceedings, traffic law and international judicial assistance. Furthermore, he advises and represents our clients on matters concerning contract law and family law. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a court registrar for several years at a number of courts. In 2004, he became a judge at the Swiss Permanent Organization of Arbitration. Along with being a certified specialist for criminal law, André Kuhn also holds a certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in criminal law from the University of Freiburg where he underwent further specialist education. He publishes frequently articles on current topics with a focus on criminal law and criminal proceedings that appear in different law journals.
André Kuhn is a legal consultant for the Automobile Club Switzerland, a member of the lawyer network of the "Beobachter" and a trusted lawyer of the Swiss Management Association (SKO). He is a member of the Swiss Competence Center for Criminal Defense, the Zurich, Argovia and Swiss Bar Association, the Criminal Stand-by Service and the Expert Group on Criminal Law of the Zurich Bar Association.

Attorney at law Dr. Martin A. Kessler's main fields of expertise include civil law and civil procedure with a focus on contract and liability law as well as insolvency law. Furthermore, he advises our clients on cases concerning criminal law and criminal proceedings. Besides frequently publishing articles on topical issues and practical challenges in law journals, Dr. Martin A. Kessler also lectures at the University of Basel and the KV Zurich Business School. Amongst other things, he is a co-author of "Schweizerisches Haftpflichtrecht" (a book on Swiss liability law) and a co-author of "Orell-Füssli" company law - Kommentar (Art. 650 - 657 OR, the "Basler Kommentar zum Obligationenrecht I" (Art. 41-49, Art. 52-59a und Art. 61) and of the "Basler Kommentar zum Strafrecht II" (Art. 195-197 StGB; since the 4th edition).
Dr. Martin A. Kessler is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association, the Swiss Society for Liability and Insurance Law and the Criminal Defense Stand-by Service.
Attorney at law Gordana Tomic's main practice areas are in the consultancy and ligitation, mainly in the fields of criminal law and criminal proceedings. Furthermore, she represents our clients on matters concerning the civil procedure law, in particular in contract and claim disputes as well as in factual matters with a migration and inheritance law context. She has several years of practical experience in legal counselling. Before starting at imkp Meilen, Gordana Tomic worked in a law firm in the Zurich area that was specialized in commercial law as well as criminal and civil procedure law.

Attorney at law Martino Locher's main practice areas are criminal law and criminal proceedings. Furthermore, he represents our clients on matters concerning contract law and family law. Before starting at imkp, Martino Locher worked for one year each as clerk at the District Court in Lenzburg and as Junior Associate with a law firm in Zurich specialising in litigation.
Martino Locher is a member of the Argovia and Swiss Bar Association as well as member of the Democratic Jurists of Switzerland and Zurich.

Silvio Oscar Mayer is an attorney at law who has acted 2014 in the consultancy and litigation fields, mainly in criminal law and criminal proceedings. In addition to promoting our clients' interests in disputes concerning contract and payment claims, he also represents our clients in the field of family law. Silvio Oscar Mayer is a lawyer with several years of practical experience in defending accused persons and family court proceedings who previously held positions at the Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sports (VBS) and at a Zurich law firm specialized in criminal law and criminal proceedings. Furthermore, he worked for several years as a registrar at the District Court in Lenzburg and at the Industrial Tribunal.
