Finance for Development is a South East based company specialising in arranging funding for property developers. We have access to a broad base of funders and investors and this, coupled with our twenty years experience in structuring finance deals, means that we are well placed to help our clients source the best funding package for their projects... We have been arranging and structuring property finance deals for over 20 years. For the last ten years we have focussed on residential development finance and for this reason rebranded in 2014 as Finance for Development to reflect our current and future focus (having previously operated as Oakwood Property Finance)... We work on funding packages ranging from £1m up to £20m and our long established and strong relationships with many funders and investors enables us to put together a package to suit each project. In essence, if the scheme is robust, there will be lenders willing to assist.
