Cesare R. Mainardi is a business strategy author, professor, and the former Chief Executive Officer of global management consultancy Booz & Company. He is the principal architect of an intuitive and highly effective approach to corporate strategy known as Capabilities-Driven Strategy. He has coauthored three books on the subject, all published by Harvard Business Review Press: Strategy That Works: How Winning Companies Close the Strategy-to-Execution Gap (2016), The Essential Advantage: How to Win with a Capabilities-Driven Strategy (2010), and Cut Costs and Grow Stronger (2009). He has authored many articles on management and strategy in leading global publications and is a member of The Wall Street Journal's experts panel of industry and thought leaders. Mr. Mainardi held many senior leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company during his 30 years as a management consultant. At Booz Allen he spearheaded a major turnaround, enabling a successful sale of the government business to the Carlyle Group for $2.54 billion and the spin-off of the global commercial business in 2008. He was elected global CEO of that enterprise in April 2012 and served in the role until July 2015. As CEO he crafted a bold strategy to create the world's leading strategy-to-execution firm by combining with PwC. The deal was completed in April 2014 and marked a milestone in the evolution of the professional services industry. He is a longstanding Adjunct Professor of Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Mainardi attended Northwestern University and earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering, a Master's degree in manufacturing engineering, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Christopher M. Gorman assumed the role of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of KeyCorp on May 1, 2020, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience to his role. In September 2019, Chris was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of KeyCorp, and was named Chairman and CEO of KeyBank, N.A. in 2012. Previously, Chris was Vice-Chairman and President of Banking where he was responsible for KeyCorp's businesses. Chris was responsible for leading Key's integration of First Niagara Financial Group, which was the largest acquisition in Key's 190-year history. Prior to that, Chris served as the President of Key Corporate Bank, which was comprised of KeyBank Real Estate Capital, Enterprise Commercial Payments, Key Equipment Finance and KeyBanc Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, Chris led KeyBanc Capital Markets and held various leadership roles at McDonald Investments, a registered broker-dealer acquired by KeyCorp in 1998. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of The Bank Policy Institute and is member of the BITS Committee, technology policy division of the Bank Policy Institute. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of The Clearing House and serves as a board member of Business Roundtable, Ohio Business Roundtable, Greater Cleveland Partnership, and the Cleveland Museum of Art. Cliff A. Megerian - CEO

Cliff A. Megerian, MD, FACS, is Chief Executive Officer of University Hospitals (UH), a comprehensive health system with annual revenues of $5.2 billion, 23 hospitals (including 5 joint ventures), more than 50 health centers and outpatient facilities, and over 200 physician offices located throughout 16 counties. He assumed this position in February 2021. Prior to that, Dr. Megerian served as the system's President, a position he was appointed to in December 2019. Previously, Dr. Megerian served as President, University Hospitals Physician Network and System Institutes, where he was charged with managing the clinical integration strategies, policies and practice guidelines for more than 2,500 UH employed physicians as well as the operations and infrastructure for 14 UH system institutes. These clinical care institutes bring highly trained sub-specialists together from multiple disciplines to collaborate on the best treatment for patients -- promoting uniform, standard care protocols and the sharing of best practices. Prior to that role, Dr. Megerian served as President, University Hospitals Physician Services, where he raised physician productivity to its highest level and significantly increased physician engagement and research funding. UH's physician network includes the fulltime academic medical practice at UH Cleveland Medical Center and UH's community-based, multi-specialty physician network throughout Northeast Ohio. Dr. Megerian is also a Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine where he was Chair from 2012-2018 and held the Julius McCall Professorship at CWRU, as well as the Richard and Patricia Pogue endowed Chair in Auditory Surgery and Hearing Sciences at University Hospitals. As a surgeon, Dr. Megerian co-founded UH's Cochlear implant program and he and his team have performed over 1,500 cochlear implant surgeries, making it one of the largest programs in the country. He joined UH in 2002. Upon arriving in Cleveland he also served on the physician staffs of the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veteran Affairs Medical Center and Metro Health System Medical Center. Prior to UH, Dr. Megerian served as Director of Otology and Neurotology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, where he also served as Director of Residency Training, Medical Director, Cochlear Implantation Program, and Co-Director, Center for Skull Base Diseases. He also served on the medical staff of Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Boston Medical Center. Dr. Megerian' s clinical career has been devoted to the management of hearing loss, chronic ear disease, cholesteatoma, otosclerosis, vertigo, and other otology and neurotolgy issues. He is also an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of acoustic neuroma. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts and has served as visiting professor at numerous medical schools and institutions throughout the world. His research interests in the pathogenesis of Meniere's disease have been funded by a number of agencies including the NIH and DRF. He sits on the Editorial Board of key journals in his field and has been selected by the FDA to serve as a consultant in the regulation of Ear, Nose and Throat Devices. He has been appointed by the American Academy of Otolaryngology to represent the Academy on the Joint Committee on Infant Hearing (JCHI). Dr. Megerian is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland and at Case Western Reserve University. He completed a research and clinical fellowship in otology and neurotology at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. In 2009 he completed a certificate program in health care management at Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University. In 2017, Dr. Megerian was elected for a six-year term on the American Hospital Association's Regional Policy Board. He was recently elected to the board of the Ohio Hospital Association. Eric D. Hargan

Eric D. Hargan served as the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2017 to 2021; he also served as Acting Secretary for several months in 2017-2018. HHS is the largest department in the federal government and has an annual budget in excess of $1.3 trillion and over 80,000 employees across 26 divisions. As Deputy Secretary, he oversaw the development and approval of all HHS, CMS, and FDA regulations and significant guidances; as well as the day-to-day operations and management of the department, and led policy and strategy development. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Hargan also served at HHS in a variety of capacities, including holding the position of Acting Deputy Secretary. He served on the Board of Operation Warp Speed, starting in Spring of 2020, helping to develop the project and coordinate HHS agencies. Worked with multiple public and private sector entities to facilitate efforts across the entire endeavor, both vaccines and therapeutics. Coordinated and signed document for the first major Warp Speed project. Also in response to the pandemic, in March 2020, he launched the $175 billion Provider Relief Fund, overseeing it until July 2020. Convened HHS-White House team; coordinated with HRSA to administer, and United Health Group to service, fund's operations, resulting in $26 billion in relief sent to providers in under two weeks from passage of the CARES Act. In the area of regulatory reform, he coordinated the comprehensive HHS telehealth response in 2020, including simultaneous regulatory reforms among three HHS agencies: CMS on reimbursement; OCR on HIPAA standards for communications; and OIG on regulatory waivers, enabling telehealth to grow by a factor of over a thousand in a few months. From 2017 to 2021, initiated, sponsored, and led four agencies in the Regulatory Sprint to Coordinated Care, a four-agency project to reform regulations to enable better coordinated care, including reforms to the Anti-Kickback Statute (by OIG); the Physician Self-Referral Statute (or "Stark law") (CMS); HIPAA (OCR); and 42 CFR Part 2 (SAMHSA) regulations. In the area of innovation, he coordinated and led the successful launch of the interoperability rule by the HHS Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology (establishing national standards and prohibiting information blocking, among other things). In 2018-2019, initiated, sponsored and led the Innovation and Investment Summit, a first-of-its-kind summit dedicated to bringing together top investors and innovators in U.S. healthcare with Federal healthcare leadership. In the area of public health, he convened and led the Federal Quality Summit in 2019 with national leaders on healthcare quality from for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prepared National Health Quality Roadmap, which spelled out the pathway for further reform, announced in May 2020, and laid the groundwork for finalizing Roadmap reforms. Led rural health initiative within HHS in 2019-2020: reforms in telehealth expansion; rural broadband; new reimbursement model for rural health; and a large number of other initiatives across the Department. Served as Commissioner on the WHO's High-Level Commission on Non-Communicable Diseases (2018-2019). Convened work stream integrating public-private partnerships for the first time into WHO recommendations for non-communicable diseases. He received his B.A. cum laude from Harvard University, and his J.D. from Columbia University Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review. In between tours of duty at HHS, Mr. Hargan was a law partner in healthcare regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and government relations. He taught at Loyola Law School in Chicago, focusing on administrative law and healthcare regulations. Mr. Hargan was born and raised in Mounds, Illinois, a small town of approximately 800 located in southernmost Illinois. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife and their two sons.

Joel Adelman is President & CEO of AdCap Management, where he draws from his experience as an "entrepreneur serving entrepreneurs" to fund viable, established companies with operating circumstances that don't meet the strict requirements of conventional lending. Mr. Adelman founded Advance Partners in April 1998 to bring funding, technology and advisory services to thousands of under served small businesses in the staffing market. In 2015, he sold Advance Partners to Paychex Inc. in a move that allowed the company to further expand without compromising its mission, structure and culture. Michele is a board member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland and University Circle, Inc. Michele is in the leadership of DirectWomen, a national nonprofit that works to increase the representation of women lawyers on corporate boards, and is a member of In Counsel with Women. She is a member of the Board of Directors of BVU: The Center for Nonprofit Excellence, and serves on the visiting committee for Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Squire Patton Boggs Foundation, which promotes the role of public service and pro bono work in the practice of law and the development of public policy. Michele Connell serves as managing partner of the Squire Patton Bogg's Cleveland office and is a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice.
