My name is Bobby Pinciaro and I am honored to be a part of the Hope Family. I'm a person in long-term recovery and work in the treatment field helping others achieve long-term recovery.

David Slawsky

David is an attorney based in Manchester whose practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and employment law. David attended law school after a career in television news as a cameraman for local ABC, NBC, and CBS stations. After law school, David was privileged to work for two federal judges of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, first for Chief Judge Shane Devine, and then for the Honorable Norman Stahl (during Judge Stahl's first year on the District Court bench). David is a member of bar associations of New Hampshire and New York, a member of the Bar of the First United States Circuit Court of Appeals, and a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He has been chairman and a member of many committees of the New Hampshire Bar Association. David lives in Manchester. In his free time, he enjoys many hobbies, including hiking the White Mountains, biking, kayaking, and pretending he knows how to play the guitar, mandolin, and ukulele.

Jacob Young - Chairman

Jacob is the lead pastor of King's Cross Church which meets at the Hope for NH Recovery Center. His pastoral ministry is primarily focused on helping people recover their humanity by loving and following Jesus. Having grown up with his dad in the military, Jacob is "generally American" but feels most at home in New Hampshire. He is currently finishing his Masters of Divinity at Knox Theological Seminary and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Philosophy and English in 2007. He and his family live in Manchester and love being a part of the community at Hope. In his free time, Jacob likes to pick things up and put them down. Jacob also really likes cigars, Keanu Reeves, Taylor Swift; but he hates cats.

Jasmine Caraway

Jasmine is a New Hampshire transplant originally from Connecticut, relocating to the area two years ago. Since being in Manchester, she has become an active member of the Recovery Community volunteering whenever she can and consistently showing up to support the community. She regularly leans on gratitude and faith for the momentum to continue moving forward and aims to help others move forward in their journeys as well.

Margo Compagna

Margo has thirty-five years of Human Resources experience mostly in the healthcare sector including psychiatric and chemical dependency hospitals in NH and MA. She brings diversified experience in planning, implementation, and coordination of programs in Human Resources. She has recently served six years on the Board of Manchester Mental Health. She is currently on the Board of Triangle Credit Union. Margo is currently and has been a CASA/GAL volunteer for the past five years serving the Manchester and Nashua court systems. Margo retired five years ago from Catholic Medical Center and has championed the cause of mental health and drug addiction as her way to give back. She currently resides in Exeter, NH but prior to that lived thirty-two years in Litchfield, NH, and is very dedicated to the Manchester area.

Melissa Greig

Melissa is a woman in long-term recovery, with a gift for writing beautiful poetry and capturing moments in time through her photography. Her camera is her eye and she searches for beauty in the most unusual places. When not writing or spending time with her family, Melissa loves the solace and inspiration she finds in the quiet woods. Melissa strives to be and do better every day, and loves helping folks in recovery accomplish their goals.

Mike Ramshaw

Mike joined the Fisher Cats in the fall of 2006. He spent his first season as the Fisher Cats' Director of Ticket Sales, progressing to his current position as the team's President. A member of the 2011 and 2018 Eastern League Champions, Mike was a vital piece of the 2018 Fisher Cats front office that was nominated by the Eastern League for the John H. Johnson Award, recognizing a "complete" baseball franchise that demonstrated financial stability while making significant contributions to its community, its league, and to the baseball industry. He was a member of the team that was presented the 2010 Larry MacPhail Award, naming the club as the top team for promotional effort and community involvement throughout all levels of Minor League Baseball. Mike was also a member of the Fisher Cats Front Office Team that was awarded the 2009 Double-A Bob Freitas Award by Baseball America, recognizing the club for achieving long-term success in Minor League Baseball. Mike is an active member of the community, serving on several boards and committees during his tenure with the team. His combination of business success and personal involvement in the community earned Mike recognition as a 2013 '40 Under Forty' by the New Hampshire Union Leader. Mike is a native of southern NH who graduated from Pinkerton Academy and attended Hesser College. He currently resides in Londonderry with his wife, Tracey, their sons Gabriel and Colby, and daughters Abigail and Sophia.

Missy Kimball

Missy Kimball has been in recovery since 2017. With her two daughters, Missy has been enjoying family life, balancing that with a career focused on helping people find recovery and reunite with their families. As with recovery, Missy has lived experience with DCYF and reuniting with her children. This passion for helping people find the help they need, sometimes called systems navigation, powers her both personally and professionally. Missy loves to learn, study astrology and make art.

Randy Stevens

Meet Randy Stevens. Beyond the titles and certifications lies a personal journey of triumph and resilience that fuels his commitment to inspire and support others on their path to recovery. With a Bachelor of Social Work, Randy has faced and conquered challenges, including substance use disorder, trauma, and a history of incarceration. These experiences are not just chapters of his life but stepping stones, forming a genuine connection with individuals navigating their own recovery journeys. As a Peer Support Specialist, Randy has shared hope while working in various capacities across New Hampshire. Volunteering at Strafford County House of Corrections, he facilitated a health and wellness group for the Men's Therapeutic Community, turning adversity into an opportunity for growth. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, Randy's journey is a testament to continuous learning and a deep-seated commitment to advocate for the most vulnerable. As the Executive Director, he envisions Hope for NH Recovery as a beacon of support and transformation in the Manchester community. Randy's story is not just about accomplishments; it's about inspiring hope, breaking down stigma, and building a community where every individual's journey is met with empathy, understanding, and a genuine belief in their potential.

Sharna Steinhart

Sharna Steinhart is a person in long-term recovery. Sharna enjoys spending time with friends and family, is a music enthusiast, art (especially capturing life's beauty through photography), writing, astrology, numerology, and adventuring outdoors. Sharna has a deep passion for helping others recover and find their light withinin both her professional and personal life. She has learned through her experience prior to and during recovery the importance of community, self-care, honesty, open-mindedness, willingness to receive help and the power in saying, "I don't know, but I'm open" and showing up whenever we can despite whatever challenges we may be faced with. She has an immense gratitude for recovery and the ability that being fully immersed in it has given her to maintain and deepen her connection with others. She has a glass is half full perspective on life and in the moments that's difficult to see, then the glass is refillable when we move in the right direction.

Tiffany Waddington - Treasurer

Tiffany has worked in Healthcare for over 20 years and is currently the Director of Operations at NH NeuroSpine Institute. Currently she is working to get her Masters in Business while also making sure to get time in with her three young sons and husband. Tiffany's undergraduate degree is in psychology and someday she would like to further that degree in an effort to better serve those who suffer from mental health issues or substance abuse issues. She has served on other non-profit boards and really enjoys giving back to the community. Tiffany is excited to be part of the Hope Recovery community and hopes to have a positive impact on our mission.
