Carolyn is the director of three successful promotional staffing agencies in the UK and Europe. She worked for over 15 years working in the field as an event manager and brand ambassador. She then worked in the global exhibition industry staffing multi-national shows. She specialises in brand expansion for start ups, pop up store staffing and connecting international markets. She is interested in gen z, sports, fitness brands.
Charly is our hard working staffing manager overseeing the recruitment of staff for all our campaigns in the UK and internationally. She worked as a professional model and in the promotional industry for over 10 years as an event manager. She has staffed high profile campaigns for brands including Nike, Adidas and Shein.
Scarlett is a highly experienced event manager leading teams for the FIFA launches, Nike, Shein pop up stores and Gymshark. She is passionate, energetic, client focused and adaptable. She represents us globally and is a big support to clients who require extra support with staffing management. Scarlett has over 14 years experience as a Brand Ambassador working extensively with plant based food, beverages and cosmetics companies.
Shannon is our hard working operations manager overseeing the management of the agency, accounts and HR. She is also Carolyn's support and decision maker in her absence. She has been with the agency for over 4 years and an excellent decision maker and problem fixer.
Vanessa is our amazing Head of Staffing - she has 15 years of experience in various recruitment agencies and event projects in Paris and the South of France, Vanessa oversees the recruitment and management of the teams. She managed more than 500 employees for FIFA, Roland Garros and various sporting events at the Stade de France. She also ensured the logistics and coordination of the transport teams in the main French airports.
Vincent is our organised and hard working Client Manager. Vincent first participated in the promotion and organization of French and international sporting events such as the 2019 Women's Football World Cup, the International Festival of Extreme Sports (FISE) or the Blagnac half-marathon.
He then developed his skills by joining an agency specializing in the organization of events for brands. He notably contributed to the success of the product launch event with the press and influencers: Gims x Magnum.
Yulia has worked in the France promotional industry for over 10 years in Paris and the South of France. She specialises in launching UK and global brands in France - with logistic and in depth advice of the French market. She has supported the worldwide Gymshark team across Europe and has worked at the Monaco Grand Prix and Yacht Show with large elite staffing teams.
