Operation Encounter is founded on the principle of making outdoor adventurous training accessible to young people from all walks of life. We believe the challenge, interactions and fun they experience when with us can truly change their lives for the better... A core part of our approach is developing people. Every year we work with leading colleges and their Outdoor Education courses to offer paid training and experience to their best students over the summer period.
